1. Please note that us human beings have our ba zi (or individual and combined ba zi) elements. 2. In addition, a home also has it's own "birth chart" or ba zi. Usually, it can be evaluated using Flying Star Feng Shui. A proper Feng Shui audit uses both Para 1 and 2 to determine the best colours for an area. This is normally how it is done, today. In the past, Feng Shui was not so "sophisticated" then and some either apply Kindergarten type of Feng Shui; where north = water, south = fire etc... Unfortunately, there are some who still uses this type of Feng Shui.

If purely based on the Five elements concept, metal destroys wood to create wealth. Thus, if we consider a pilot as belonging to the wood element, then it is considered as auspicious for a strong metal person.

1. From my perspective, I have encountered numerous individuals who have opted for resale condominiums. Nevertheless, the majority of these units are fitted with either new or reasonably well-maintained stoves. Many people deem it unnecessary to replace such appliances. 2. This tendency is a fundamental aspect of human nature. When we receive feedback, particularly from our parents, we often engage in deep reflection regarding our actions. 3. Frequently, it requires someone close to us to provide critical feedback in order to stir feelings of guilt within ourselves. 4. Your inquiry is primarily centered on personal beliefs and does not pertain to the princi…

Anonymous wrote: Moreover, she really seems not suitable for water or fire element especially in red or blue clothes. I notice the times she got painful knocks or fall sick coincide with big fire, water days. In my opinion, what you had mentioned above is indeed a tell-tale sign that the ba zi analysis is not correct. Anonymous wrote: As her name previously pick is of strong water and fire element, it seems not helpful. She is a difficult child to take care. Do you advise to get her name changed? You may consider having her name changed especially if the wrong ba zi analysis may have been done earlier. However, currently birth cert would have her original Chinese name…

1. Frankly, as you have correctly asked the question: Does Feng Shui really help? 2. These are some of the considerations:- 2.1. Feng Shui is not a cure all. Thus everything cannot gravitate towards Feng Shui alone. 2.2. Under the Chinese "Holy Trinity" of luck; Feng Shui is just one of the three types of luck:- The three types of luck are:- Heaven Luck - or commonly known as born with Earth Luck - Feng Shui of the home, workplace or even at study Human (Man) Luck - Family relationships, bonding and support structure. 3. As one can see, Earth Luck accounts only for 33.3 percent of the above luck. Thus in an examination, anyone with just 33.3 marks upon 100 percent i…

Thank you for your quick response, and sorry that I confuse you. My house has mountain star #8 at the facing direction (instead of sitting direction), and water star #8 at the sitting direction (instead of facing direction). According to flying star, this house is "reverse". BR #5 is bedroom number 5 in the N (or NW?) sector of the house, same with BR number 2 in the E (or SE?) sector of the house, I don't know how to determine which sector these BRs belong to. Again, thank you for your help.

1.Check to see if it is feasible for the "back" to enjoy goodfrontage? Yes/No?For example, can activity area be at the back. Or it happens to be the kitchen, the linen area, laundry etc..And/or is the Flying Star qi there good to be the facing. 2. Ifyou had explored the back area and found it unsuitable, then, you may have to depend on the frontage. 3. If the garage is fully closed area;and if the qi coming from the frontage is suppose to be good, then,Yes, the qi can bewasted, here. 4. Alternatively, if youstill have frontage such as windows or asecond floor, thentry toopen the windows at this frontage areaas much as possible, if you do not wish to renovate your garage…

I have considered those factors as wel: Well, the number of steps seems to be good - It's 10 steps, then LANDING, another 10 steps again, then 2nd floor. There are no open spaces between the stairs. There is no toilet and bathroom underneath the stairs The direction of the stairs is not facing the main door and not facing the toilet. The staircase is facing a wall.

Frankly, this is not acceptable morally in my country. As stagnant clean water can be a site for mosquito breeding. From a moral point of view, it may become illegal if this stagnant pool is found to be breeding mosquitoes. Perhaps, so long as your country does not have mosquitoes, then hmmmm... In the past especially 1960's to even early 1980's garage roofs always have a drainage pipe running towards the bottom. As the government found that many of these homes have clogged drainage pipes... especially due to debris like leaf falling into them, such drainage pipes are now totally banned. All roofing nowadays are purposely sloped to channel away rain water but no drain…

1. It is not rocket science as all flying star numbers are either classifed as eitherYang or Yin (stars). 2. In the earlier example of a Period 8, N3 home (or apartment); it just happens that there are a high concentration of Yin stars at the North and NE. 3. Thus, especially if we draw a 20 Year Flying Star Chart; and like para 2, found that all the 20 Year stars belong to Yin element, then it is considered as Excessive Yin stars. 4. In both of the cases e.g. North and NE of the above, "fire" element is used to counter the excessive yin stars. Fire can simply be allowing light into that area or room i.e. keep it bright. Otherwise, especially in period where the Year …

Dear Master cecil Lee, Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I would like to understand and learnthe rationale forpoint 3): Cecil L. wrote: A3: Fire element is preferered. As water was inappropriate to activate this NW Sector'coz water exhausts metal. Your answer is to use fire element. But I thought fire clashes with Metal right? as it destroys metal ? What is the rationale that fire is more appropriate to activate the #8 base star ? Appreciate. Thanks !

Please read my original reply. Since you are so concern about the glass piece; and as I had mentioned earlier, it just takes one or two friends or relatives to "spoill" the *YOUR* mood. In Feng Shui, it is still acceptable, since when you close the toilet door, it will still be air-tight. Please re-read my past message. Human beings are always like this: if someone gives you an inauspicious comment, followed by some other people, would you feel uncomfortable! Thus has more to do with human factors - feel good or feel bad...

A full Feng Shui audit is a holistic approach and covers something like:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Want_to_build_your_dream_home%3F It does not involve colours alone. And D.I.Y. (do it yourself) is not for the novice. You may want to consider Professional Feng Shui help.

1. Frankly, many or all the objects carried or to be carried are modern commercial products. These products should first and foremost be treated as mere decorative pieces. Much like the trinkets or items carried. 2. Even in traditional China, no one carries specific "tools" to ward off these issues. Frankly, it is all in the mind. As good as carrying a rabbit's foot. 3. Anyway, what you had mentioned dwell more into human factors - psychology, feeling good, security blanket type of stuff! Psuedo effect. Just like given a cup of water and a dummy drug made purely of sugar. 4. Perhaps, if you have the time and energy, go deeper into the study of proper Feng Shui and Feng…

1. The good news is that such things as Pi Xie are modern commercial products. 2. The only purpose is to enrich the seller. Often, it is the same Feng Shui master that sells these products in the name of Feng Shui. 3. You can find out more of such commercial products under this URL:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Commercial_Products 4. In fact, the only real Feng Shui product has to be this special ring! http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=29&mid=23346&new= 5. These are purely modern commercial products and should be treated equally as what one does with interior decorative items. What happens when we broke a piece of an interior de…

1. Snakes is prominent as one of the 12 creatures of the Chinese Zodiac sign. 2. Chinese myths both deplict it as both good and bad. 3. For many us, we sprinkle sulfur powder to deter snakes. Since your apartment is in the basement; it is a tendency of snakes to like cooler areas. 4. Perhaps, do get pest control people to help you deal with it. Julie G. wrote: Hi - I live in a basement apartment of a nice old 2-story home in verygood shape. 1. In general, many people perceive a temple as a "depository". For example, it can be a depository of hope i.e. people go into the temple to pray or seek help from the gods... Agnes C. wrote: Dear Master, myhouse is located beside the temple then someone commented that my house fengshui is not good.....pls.master advise me 2. Commonsense Feng Shui 3.1 Pollution It was reported recently that some Singaporeans developed lung cancer from frequently breathing in incense smoke, daily from praying to their gods e.g. Guan Yin etc... Further to what I had mentioned, you check out a sample of how an indiviual's ba zi has been derived on their career perspectives. Under this attachment, go to Pages 39 to 41. In this example, this person is considered as a Strong Fire person. Thus he has specific careers relating to his "weath" or "power and authority" or careers that are so-so.

1. More importantly; it is good to spent time or have family activites especially located at a double #8 location. 2. It does not mean one has to purposely stand in the sun or that nature. But good to have human activites. 3. On a roof, thou, the water feature is not compulory, but it adds to the so called ambience of the home or the roof top area. Often, for practical reasons, each area in any location be a home etc.. has a certain structural load or threshold. Having a large water feature - means the per kilo newton loading of say a support should not be breeched. Especially if other things like water reservior is on the same area of a building. 4. Otherwise, the k…

You may like to view the paid service, here:- http://www.geomancy.net/consultation/consult-home/offsite-consultation.htm Mr. Cecil Lee, Good day! We havemovedto a new place here in Dubai and I have a new layout for the studio. Can you please help us to layout based on feng shui? We can move or remove furniture based on your recommendations.
