1. Usually it is difficult to guage what kind of problem or issue as it also depends on the height of the pyramids, whether it is a full pyramid or simply it looks like a partial pyramid like Conrad in Singapore. And the distance to it and/or is any of the sharp points pointed towards your office window. 2.One can apply the concept: "If it cannot be seen it no longer can become a threat. " If so, often most or all offices uses some kind of a blind - close the blind as a possible "solution" to the "problem" if any.

1. Some use ba zi to check whether a period is good for them i.e. financial gain or loss or be careful of purchasing of a home. 2. Others look at auspicious dates for negotiations. 3. There are others that feel that the Feng Shui is good before buying a home. 4. Many of us have our motive for purchasing a home and other factors include ability to obtain loan, bank evaluation of the home etc.... Overall, discuss with your immediate family and always bring along the whole family to view a home.

1. For novice, suggest that you get a competent Feng Shui practitioner to review your home. As what you are asking even the first question is focused on your children's personal ba zi elements and other considerations like Flying Star numbers etc.. 2. If you have working knowledge, then, you may consider DIY. Otherwise, it may be an uphill task to do-it-on your own. Anonymous wrote: What is the good color wall for kids study room ? Bedroom ? But i have another fortune teller told me this "T" junction is badly affected my family health and suggest me to move out. If there is tree blocking in front, is it helping. Another question is the direction of kitchen is facing east and cooker is facing west which he say this 2 direction should be exchangeeach otherway, what is your say or opinion? I have a bigpole at car porch also blocking in front on mainentrance door( not main gate ), this will help to block the bad thing?

1. Yes, it is very common to bring in items into the home before move-in. 2. If it is not the 7th month, it is not the 7th month. As mentioned in a recent forum message, the elderly just don't like the 6th month. Not because it is the "7th" month (how can this be) BUT rather, the elderly don't like it because it symbolises 50-50. Neither here nor there as the 6th month is half-half (between the 1st and the 12th lunar month). This is the rationale behind why some elderly reasoned as no good - 6th month, that's all.

1. My advise to all is: "When the buying stops, the selling can!" 2. Commercial products are modern inventions. The main purpose is to cheat us of our money into buying them:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Commercial_Products Momo O. wrote: I am a west person. dragon sign (1964 Dec). Is it good to have a dragon picture in the house if so, where should I put it. Thank you. 3. It is best to draw a proper flying chart to determine the above. As this is only a general free advice forum, there will be no specific analysis; if so; since you had read the advice, you have to ask whether you believe in it or to play it safe - take extra caution when you may need to travel on those days.

These are some of the considerations:- 1. Generally from a Shapes and Form Feng Shui point of view, no major issue. 2. Since it is rectangular and not square, most of the time, the edges runs parallel to the ceiling. If it is a squarish design, then avoid the "diamond shaped" figure - please see attachment. 3. As mentioned under Para 1, strictly from a Feng Shui point, no issue. However, human factors can come into play. For example, it takes a relative, parents or even close friends to utter a comment - which may make such of us feel uneasy. Comments such as it "looks" like a beam drooping down etc... 4. Overall, there is no major impact on a strictly Feng Shui …

1. Frankly, such products should be taken as "decorative" items. 2. Many take advantage of us humans and sell these products unfortunately in-the-name of Feng Shui! 3. The reason is simple: These products are cheap to produce but sold at very very high mark-up. I wonder who earns all these money. 4. Just pause for a moment and think:- Especially for those born in on or before 1975; how often do you see your parents or grand parents buying so many of these commercial "thrash?". 5. In the past, the ONLY items that are easily purchased were simple Fu Lu Shou figurines. And these are easily considered as merely decorative items. 6. Imagine in your grand parents time or…

1. There are some write-ups on Gateway, Parkview Square, DBS, UOB, Suntec City etc... in the past resources - could be as far back as 6 or more years ago in this forum. 2. For the Singapore landmarks, there is such thing as Black and White Feng Shui. Some of the resources are again deep in the forum. 3. Nowadays, most forum users are continue to be more interested in "I" , "me", "my" and not so much of how fantastic things are in Singapore Landscape. Here, they just want to hear from themselves, things close to them. Especially if they don't work in Singapore city.

1. If possible, don't see the sharp tip of the dome - slicing into any of the bedrooms especially the living room "view". Anonymous wrote: The masterbedroom window will be able to see the mosque if you look dwon from the 10th floor. In addition, the sleeping direction of the bed frame will be pointing towards the mosque. 2. Thus from a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view:- 2.1 So long as the pointed dome roof is not in full view (same level as) of an opening e.g. bedroom window or living room, then this is acceptable. 2.2 Some temples are "unclean" as sometimes, a local priest may get it's permission to bring in "spirits" or some of the temples even go as far as …

These are the following assumptions:- 1. As you had not mentioned the birth chart of the apartment: if it is a Period 7: 1984 to 2003; then:- 1.1 It is disadvantages to place a water feature atyour proposed location markedin RED as "C". Depending on whether it is aSW2 or NE2 facing direction, a water feature, there may inadvertently inflame a star #3 at that sector. 1.2Especially ifit is a SW2 facing direction, then the water wealth is at marking "A". While marking B is suppose to be theauspicious indirectauspicious water wealth spirit sector. 1.3 WARNING or NOTE: 1.3.1 If the apartment is a Period 8, NE2, then best to avoid a water feature at Marking "A". 1. I can only make a general comment : as considerations like the distance to the slope, exactly how far the gradient to the living room etc.. 2. For a ground unit condo unit, it is very common to have similar "landscaping". Sometimes it is a blessing in disguise as it may inadvertenly afford greater privacy for parts of the facing direction of the home e.g. next to the living room is often a bedroom etc.. 3. A picture would be an excellent choice! Someapartments have PES (personal enclosed space) and if there are railingsor wooden trellis, it would most likely cover the level of the ground.. i.e. if it is not seen ... it is "no longer a threat"... 4. What is more impo…

1. Frankly, this cannot apply to every single home that has an empty space below it. 2. For example, if so, how about the thousands of Housing Board Flats (government HDB flats) that are scattered all over the island? Does it mean that every single owners of HDB, HUDC flats at 2nd storey will get into "deep shit?" 2.1 If we were to walk around all over Singapore, many have stayed, and are still staying at the 2nd storey flats. I don't see specifically lots of empty flats immediately above VOID decks do you? 3. It has more to do with location, location and location. 4. 1. There are three major considerations if Feng Shui is applied to evaluate the new private property:- 1.1. Commonsense Approach to Feng Shui Morning and Afternoon sun is a major consideration for any home especially for countries like Singapore at or close to the equator. Majority of the time it is either the master bedroom or two bedrooms of the homes that will be "bathed" by afternoon sun. (Direct morning sun is not ideal but not as bad as afternoon sun. This forum has touched on some of the concerns of afternoon sun and it has an effect on persons living in the home. For children, their studies - the heat... 1.2. Yes, for practical reasons, the clue here is "my resale flat will only be available in Aug 09":- Under the following conditions:- 1. If possible an chuang should only be done once. Thus if you had an chuang in a "previous" home e.g. currently staying with parents or rental, then should not be done at your "new" resale flat, again. 2. If already, pregnant or has had a child with (the same husband). Generally, there are the two considerations.

1. For your first question, not a major concern so long as the cover for the sewerage hole is fully sealed. As we don't want "gas" e.g. methane to escape from the man-hole. 2. It is never advisable to have the septic tank around the center of the home. Given that logically how do you drain off excess "gas - methane or other gases". Your second question, is a more important concern. While the first can easily be "rectified" i.e. make sure that the gas or dirty air don't flow and contaminate cooked food in anyway. Wasis S. wrote: Dear Cecil, Is it considered a leak if a sewerage pipe (from toilet bowl to septic tank) running under a kitchen? But the pipe is not under th…
