The foundation of a house is particularly important especially if the house sits on a hill. Usually, for houses on a hill, there will be major concerns if: 1. Proper landslide -- protection not adequate. Even if landslide protection are adequate: Too many houses were built on the hill. Resulting in a higher or heavier weight. The problem is often compounded with heavy rainfalls. 2. Heavy rainfalls have an impact because, it dramatically increases the weight of the land. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Overall, a painting is considered auspicious if:- 1. If it has animals in it: The animals must not seem to be ferocious, hungry or stalking a prey. 2. The animal figurine must also not look like they are under-nurished. (A bit plum is good). Look at this `auspicious' painting... what do you think?

Can Feng Shui help to sell a house?

  11. Started by Cecil Lee,

The "mouth" of the house refers to the main entrance door and any other "doors" at the frontage of the home. If possible, the "mouth" should not be too large and left opened most of the time! Hear what the Feng Shui Master has to say, about this family's habit of leaving all the "openings" at the frontage of the house opened very often!

This signage says: "BEST STALL FOR RENT" If this STALL is so great; why is it being abandoned by a previous stall-holder or owner??? Note: This food-court is in the NorthLink Building; 10 Admiralty Street. This industrial building alone has at least four food-courts.
