But rather... the workers on this construction site were instructed not to sleep and eat inside the multi-storey car park... Most likely the supervisorsof the developerare worried that sleeping in the car park can be harzardous for their health. For example, a vehicle may just roll and kill the poor worker who is sleeping on the job!
