  2. In this newly completed HDB building project; workers are not allowed to go to sites like Facebook... Oops! sorry! sorry! This is not an office environment; but rather a construction site! Therefore how can construction workers get hold of their own personal computer(s)! But rather... the workers on this construction site were instructed not to sleep and eat inside the multi-storey car park... Most likely the supervisorsof the developerare worried that sleeping in the car park can be harzardous for their health. For example, a vehicle may just roll and kill the poor worker who is sleeping on the job!

    All the attached posters are educational. Several warn that one may be severely FINED .... Singapore is famous for FINES: Throwing Litter and even parking a motor-cycle or scooter can costs (FINED) $5,000! Would you believe that? A poster is worth a thousand words?
