    This has more to do with commonsense... It is " nice " to have the air-con face teh side of the bed. Rather that it blow towards our face. Ideally, if we can, let the aircon face sideways so that it can blow towards the body. This is particularly so, if we turn on medium to high settings. As the air flow can affect our breathing or it is not so good to blow into our face.
