Dear Anon, It depends on the chart. I noticed for such chart, the reverse may be a better solution where you should follow the follow by creating the initation of the missing elements. Such as say in this case say you are a Strong Water. In such "unique" cases, it is sometimes better to continue to strengthen Water, while having Wood, to initiate the creation of Wood, which in turn creates Fire, and in turn create Earth etc. But without looking at your chart I cannot comment any further. This means that with any two elements, there is only one combination which is a very good combination for the two. The rest will have to depend on some third and external elements to help.
