Hi, The wealth element is determined by the ten deities, but the romance element is defined by the symbolic stars which are both available in the report. Normally a person, if he has a romance stars, is said to be able to encounter a romance 1 in every 12 years. During this period if the romance is good for him, he would likely meet someone who he is able to correspond with quite well (not necessarily leading to marriage). Otherwise, if the romance star is unfavourable, it could mean that you may meet up with an unfavourable event with regarding relation which could lead to maybe break up or lost of wealth due to romance. Normally, if a person as too many missing or too much of a certain element, you tend to find that the person is bound to face some kind of challenge in his life.
