  1. Hi Cecil, I'm (hidden) and I was referred to you by (hidden) and (hidden). I heard from her that you did a very detailed fengshui report for her house and provided them with very good advice too. I would like to consult you too because I'll be getting the keys of my EC soon and I have actually got 3D designs of the place already from my ID. I wonder what will your rates be for mine, our floor area is (hidden) sq ft.Project name is (hidden) in Sengkang

  5. I like your style to put stars for good sectors, and red on danger sectors. unlike other FS masters who only highlights missing corners in floor plan.

  12. I see. Thank you so much for the explanation. Much appreciated. Reply: Feng Shui does not take into consideration house number. This has more to do with culture and superstition. As you know many Chinese = Cantonese dialect group don’t like the sound of 4 = die. 1= sure. So 4 x die + 1 = sure “to die”. However, there are some who felt that 4?maybe their lucky number. One man’s meat is another person’s poison! Overall, it has more to do with future resale value (if any). If some potential Chinese who were to view the property. In the past there quite a lot of Cantonese from Hong Kong who migrated to Ca…

  16. side question, have you thought of taking your business more online to a broader audience? I think it is a gift that you have the ability to read and give back detailed information about fengshui

  17. Hi every body, I completely agree with cecil about what he said that if its not broken, don't fix it. I have a bad habit of moving things around the house. Its not something new. I have been doing it since I was child. But since I started applying feng shui(flying star) to my home. i started noticing that whenever I change or move things around too much something goes wrong and next day I rearrange it back to what it was in the beginning. Before knowing feng shui I use to think that I am unlucky that's why bad things are happening. But now I don't think that but know that may be I changed the direction of Qi which is not favorable to me. And I have learned a important le…

  19. Haha, I told my Mrs & she just reminded me that many years ago at our Pasir Ris flat (before we came to know you), a Fengshui person came and his suggestions freaked her out: shifting tables/seating to all kinds of weird positions and painting doors/gates all kinds of “beautiful colours” like pink & red. Perhaps he had to show he’s doing some things to justify. I told her don’t worry, fm the past the enhancements you recommend are usually very subtle: example, small items that one can hide out of sight. I had to put her at ease cos she said if we had followed that guy’s recommendations, we’ll end up more unhappy in the house.
