In Eastpoint Green, in the past; the developer had situated it's multi-storey car park cum tennis courts directly facing Changi East Hospital. 2.1. And only 3 blocks (Wing 1) with smaller stacks/units facing the Changi East Hospital. 2.2. In the Eastpoint Green @ Simei, Wing 2 & Wing 3(also consisting of three blocks each) are furthest away from the hosptial frontage.
