Feng Shui of The Terrace EC The rankings are currently blanked out as this development is not fully sold yet. Will release the findings in the future. However, one can still look at the various comments for specific bedroom type. I still don't like to recommend this development especially when one sees "Reserved site for Health & Medial Care".

Nowadays, as you can see, many people approach Feng Shui, even before they select their flats. This is a smart choice and this is an uprising trend especially from 3 years ago. The most efficient method is, in my opinion, for a Geomancer to use a BLANK canvas such as the entire sitemap and start "painting" information onto the sitemap. At a glance, especially at a time critical situation, where your turn comes, someone else sitting at the next booth is also selecting a flat; y…

Tampines GreenBloom Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans tampines-greenbloom.pdf Case Study: Tampines GreenBloom BTO and the maxim: "Shapes and Forms prevail over the Stars (Flying Stars)" What this means is that Location, location, location prevails over the use of Compass School Feng Shui which includes both Flying Stars and Personal Eight House concept. Best stacks/units generally are those facing neighbourhood park such as stacks: 107, 109, 111, 209, 211 and 213 Of course there is the concern of indirect afternoon sun all year round at the frontage of these stacks depending on the floor level. Frankly, there is no issue or concer…

The 4 and 5 bedroom Type of this development spots a new variant where the master wardrope area is sunk-into the passageway of the master bedroom. 2. From a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view; this is good or a plus point. As it makes the usuable space as rectangular as possible. 3. Please take a look at this illustration:- 3.1 Often, the master bedroom wardrope is an "L-shaped" design. So that there can be more wardrope space. 3.2. In doing so, if the wardrope is too close to the bed, there is a poison …

Tampines GreenEdge Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans tampines-greenedge.pdf HDB Tampines GreenEdge and poison arrow(s) or sha qi from sharp corner of neighbouring blocks/stacks Staggered or step block/stack designs would inevitabily cause poison arrows from neighbouring sharp corners of blocks/stacks to be aimed towards another block/stack. In HDB Tamines GreenEdge, even staggering various stacks within a single block may even cause poison arrows to "sister" stacks. For example: Block 493H stack #588 is "in-front" of it's sister stack #570. This has resulted in two sharp corners of stack #588 aimed towards stack #570. An…

Block 874C's central rubbish bins are located in the most common location: centrally located facing the twin lifts at the lift lobby. 1.1. This block layout design or trend started in the mid 1980's and continue till today. Thus, many flats constructed in 1990s and even 2000's are similar to that of block 874C design. 1.2. A good thing about this block design is that no main door of a unit has to face an extremely long straight path of a common corridor. 1.3. …
