This is a tiny condo development with a total of 34 units. Tenure left is 947 years to go. Estimated completion date is in mid 2011. It's a very uncommon "V" shaped layout plan. Flying star is a Period8 development. The main block with stacks 06& 07 facing NW. While stacks 08& 09 facing SE. And a smaller block with stacks 01 & 02 West 2 facing. And stacks 3 & 4 East 2 facing. I brought out this site as another example where we have to be careful of the "porcupines" i.e. sharp corners aimed at the individual units.
