Singapore Property Review

  1. Started by Cecil Lee,

Further to what I had mentioned earlier, it is such a waste that this is one of the few low rise apartments - unfortunately, the roof is blue. Symbollically, this is considered inauspicious. URL: http://www.centrepointhomes.com/euphony.asp To-date, since it's TOP, several years back; units in this development would have already being sold-out! But, unforunately, at the time of writing, the developer is still advertising it for "Immediate Occupation!". Warmest Regards, Cecil

Location: Simei Street 4 Developer: NTUC Choice Homes with Comfort Properties Tenure: 99 years TOP in middle of 2002. This condo is a mid-medium sized condo with a total of 242 units with 2, 3, 4 and mansionettes. Because of it's close proximity to the Simei MRT, it commands a good price per sq ft. Price per sq ft for units in this condo can arrange between $540K to $630K psf depending on the level and size of apartment and view. My comments: 1. This developer of this condo also built the much dreaded symbollically joined U shape designed condo project called: Rivervale Crest Condominium. 2. It is good that Tropical Spring has an opening (please see att…

  3. Name: Amaryllis Ville Condominium Developer: WingTai Asia, Wing Tai Property Management Pte Ltd Tenure: 99 years Expected TOP: 31 March 2004 Location: 20, 22 Newton Road So far, this year, this is one of the most `interesting' condo. As it's twin towers look like two symbolic hand/palm (symbolic) of the receive position. Price per sq feet is approximately from $597. Currently, units are on Sale. And their sales hotline is: 63803800. In my opinion, based on it's prime location and favourable Shapes and Forms, if you currently looking for a condo unit, do check this out. Alternatively, if you are looking for a `freehold' condo unit, you may want to conside…

Dear All, In particular, this year; many developers allow their purchases of their condo to arrange for a `visit' to their unit prior to TOP or if is TOP; allow the owners (subsidary proprietors) to arrange for a visit with their Feng Shui practitioner to review their homes. For example, just recently sites like Sunglade (Capital Land) and The Dew (Sim Lian) and many more developers allow their owners (with prior approval) to do so. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Erh.. How do I climb down into the pool. Or how do I climb up the pool? This is not a Magician trick... Just that the developer placed an extensive guard rail to prevent anyone climbing down or pushed down the steps into the Hillvista condo pool. Thus, don't worry it is not an illusion! When this condo TOP; for sure, the barrier will be lifted. Please don't quote me on this! If you don't believe; when I next visit this condo during TOP; will show you a photo proof of it! Cheers!

In this example, luckily, no homes were built at the marking in RED x 3. There should be sufficient space for a plot at each of these three RED X's but, certainly such plots again, under Shapes and Forms are considered inauspicious.

  14. Many new condo developments today have interior walls that come with dry walls. For example: The Sail, Livia and recently TOP Caspian and also 8@Woodleigh. All other developers should take a page or example from the Sales Brochure of Naung Residence. Where under 3.0 WALLS Internal Wall : concret wall and/or brickwall and/or precast wall While many other brochures are not clearly written. Please see attachments. This is because given that many new condo units nowadays come with internal walls that are dry-walls. Where often it can be a disappointment when someone wanted to mount a TV onto a wall but could not as dry-walls don't provde such a solid support. For…

Such layouts of the blocks much like the placement of mah-jong tiles prior to start of the game would invariably have sharp corners of some stacks aimed towards some other stacks = poison arrow(s). Please see attachment.

Punggol Emerald Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans punggol-emerald.pdf However, for Fernvale Grove; really what a pity; the architect placed the multi-storey car-park (MSCP) next to or as a buffer between the estate with the Sengkang Riverside park! The architect should have swopped the MSCP with three blocks: 472A, 472B, 472C and 471C. See sample illustration.

  18. Coco Palms Condominium and External Shapes & Forms Feng Shui 1. Blks 13, 33, 25 and 19 of Coco Palms forms a square enclosing the center pool area. 1.1. On paper, this looks OK. But on a closer look; please see attachment(s); If one follows where I had highlighted the red arrow(s); the sharp corner of that block is aimed towards an opposite neighbour's unit/stack. 1.2. I have further circled in red, potential sharp corners of various blocks which can/may be potential poison arrow(s) aimed towards a neighbour's unit. 2. In fact, to me, Coco Palms is one huge mass of porcupines.... i.e. sharp corners : "I aim at your unit, you aim at my unit". Here, there is no such thi…
