Kingsford Hillview Peak Condo and Flying Star Feng Shui As this development only has N2/N3 and S2/S3 facing units; N2/N3 and S2/S3 share identical Flying Star numbers and vice-versa. From now to 2023, based on Flying Star Feng Shui:- 1. S2/S3 stacks/units are considered to have better Feng Shui as the double auspicious #8's are at it's frontage i.e. living room and most bedroom areas. 2. When booking such a flat; try to avoid a S2/S3 facing stack/unit with the kitchen at NW. The kitchen at NE is okay. 3. For N2/N3 facing, it is considered such a waste that the double auspicious #8 stars are at its rear which is usually the kitchen / yard / …

1. Please note that the photos you are about to see are just mock-up models of what the newly launched Kovan Regency's frontage looks like. 2. Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; let's hope that the actual yet to be built development does protect especially the pillar circled in RED that is holding up the gym (above). 3. If a vehicle or lorry were accidentally crash into this pillar.... let's hope it is not fatal. 4. Alternatively, when this development is completed; let's hope the two "sticks" or pillars holding it : circled in red and yellow are adequately protected by e.g. flower bays or ballards or buoys. 5. Furthermore, if we take this mock-up seriously, at the vehi…

Case Study of Lakeholmz condominium Additional comments: Please refer to attachment. 1. Blk 80 Units 01 There is a sha qi coming from one corner of Unit 22 at block 90. (Please refer to the purple colour marking that I had made on the illustration.) 2. Unit 22 Those who are at ground floor and 2nd level of units 01, 02 are not auspicious since, the semi-circular trellise of Unit 22 radiates towards them. 3. Unit 22 at Blk 90 Don't be too happy, with all of the above statements. If one looks carefully, Unit 22 is `like a prisoner' entrapped - location. The easiest to follow this statement is that this unit is `sunken' in. And if one sees carefully the con…

Location: Lakepoint Drive Developer: Jurong Town Corporation TOP was in 1983. This estate is around 19 years old. Tenure: 99 years. Total units: 304 Comprising of: 2 bedrooms, Mainsonette, townhouse and penthouse. This condo is in a `U' ( horse-shoe ) shape. This is suppose to be a good design. However, it is a pity that there is no water positions or swimming pool located within this `U' shape. But rather, the swimming pool is to the right of the estate. PS. PLEASE READ A FORUM MESSAGE IN THIS SAME CONFERENCE. THE TITLE OF THE ARTICLE IS: "IMPORTANT NOTICE ON EACH REVIEWS" A real pity, here. Else, it would match some of the newer condominiums such as The Tropica Condomi…

Last weekend, a previous client of mine called that he is house hunting as he needs a larger home. Furthermore, his current home has lots of staircases even to the "guest room" where is mother-in-law is staying. He chanced upon an "open house" for no. 1 Parry View which is on sale for whatever reasons. From the streetdirectory map: No. 1 Parry View: does not seem to have very good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. Take alook at the home at the "bottom" of the Y. Feng Shui can still help to redress some of the issues. But this is already a major leak: Location, location, location - ain't good! Based on Shapes and Forms; this home is situated at the "bottom" of the "V" of t…

Le Quest by Qingjian Realty at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 N3. Stacks/Units such as Block 10 stacks 29, 30, 31 and 32 and Block 12 38, 39, 40 & 41 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" or rear of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S3 have identical Feng Shui as S2 facing. Stacks such as Block 2 stacks 04, 05, 06 & 07 are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. S2 charts are identical to a S3 chart 2. In the attachment:…

Dear All, This newly T.O.P. executive condominium at Yishun currently has woes of not having a cable vision system hook-up due to the recent dispute between two major telco suppliers. On top of this, it's orientation is much like that of the Rivervale cres condominium, which I had highlighted sometime back. Please search for " Rivervale " if you want to find out more about, what may be instore for some residents of units 13 and 11 and also units 10 and 12. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Is a new development by City Developments Ltd. It is located off Pasir Ris Drive 1 & within walking distance to the Pasir Ris MRT Station. Located just off Pasir Ris Drive 1, Livia is within walking distance to the Pasir Ris MRT Station and highly accessible via the TPE, PIE and EXP. This development takes advantage of the Flying Star Period 8: with many units (see attachment) highlighted in Yellow which have their blocks (stacks) either facing NE1 or SW1. Under the current Period 8 (2004 to 2023); units that are facing NE1 or SW1 are considered to have one of the best qi (especially for those who are west group…

1. In my opinion, it is not that bad. 2. Frankly, I see it more as a graceful geese gliding gracefully on water; see attachment 3. In my also; it looks less like a cooking pan as a cooking pan is rounded; where else this either looks: like the cake scoop. For example, when we scoop up a slice of a piece of cake to a plate. Or at least it is like a chopper as you had mentioned. 4. A chopper is actual good as this is an "offensive" weapon and the only thing is that whoever is in the "way" of this chopper e.g. neighbourhood land is not as good. For example, please see attachment Fabercrest hill site. It looks like the blade of the long Chinese weapon. 5. Edelweiss Pa…

Location: Siglap Road (Marine Parade) Developer: Mandarin Gardens Pte Ltd (Overseas Union Bank financed) Tenure: 99 years TOP was 16 years ago in 1986 Total units: 1,000 apartments. Comprising of Studio, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and Penthouse. When it was launched in 1986, many of the units are sold at a premium. Most probably because of the district 15 location. Even during that time, many of the units were vacant. And by coincidence, a video system at the guardroom to each unit - failed. Installed by Chubb, this system gave problems and did not work. In my opinion, there are many unsold units at this condo. Basically, in order to save space, the major blocks are connected…

Marina One Towers 21 and 23 For me, immediately that comes to mind are two L-shaped boots or a grown-man's moustache. In this illustration, from a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view, although the largest stack/units = #08 has a nice number. It is unfortunately not the best stack given that it is at the edge of the building. Although it has stunning views, corner stacks which is literally at the edge of the development does not have optimum Shapes and Forms. Surprisingly, other than the whole "working" world may peer into these (Block 21) stacks, stacks like 09, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 are considered to have better Shapes a…

Martin Modern by Guocoland What a pity stacks/units that have pool view also affected by afternoon sun. Especially Tower 8 with the larger units stacks #01, #02 and #03. For Tower 10, stack #12 is the most affected by afternoon sun. Including stack #11. While stacks #13, #14 and #15 also have indirect afternoon sun all year round. It is a pity that the developer should have mirrored the two blocks on this plot of land.

Maysprings condominium was finalized during the Flying Star Period 7 in 1998. The land tenure is leasehold for 99 years. This condominium consists primarily of two identical rectangular blocks: Blocks 2 and 6. Positioned between these two blocks is Block 4, which is centrally located on the rectangular plot and houses the clubhouse. The majority of the apartments are oriented towards Flying Star S1 or N1, with fewer units facing E1 and W1. A distinctive characteristic of this condominium is the "openings"; please refer to the attachment: maysprings1.jpg, where the openings are highlighted in RED: A and B. This type of opening, according to Shapes and Forms,…

Squatters of SGP land caveat emptor... Minister for National Development (MND) Lawrence Wong says that majority of occupiers (apologies I mean squatters) of 99-year leased homes have to surrender their flats when the lease expires. As government has no means to en-bloc each and every flat.. The Minister wrote on the MND blog: “For the vast majority of HDB flats, the leases will eventually run out, and the flats will be returned to HDB, who will in turn have to surrender the land to the State.” “Do not assume that all old HDB flats will be automatically eligible for the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme, or SERS. SE…
