Further to what I had mentioned, what do you think of the profile of this condo resembles? To me, it resembles definitely a bird. As to what type of bird? Well, I feel that it looks more like either an Ostrich or a Peacock.

Astor is a small 12 storey single block condominium. It was completed this year. Tenure is 99 years. I give this condo the"THUMBS DOWN":- 1. Although the overall block looks not only like a drawf dragon; it is only but ajunior &not a formidable dragon and worseoff - it looks like it has all its limbs amputated... a cripple! 2. The worst stack is Stack #03. Has really bad Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: the main issue is that the whole stack (other than the void area for cars to pass below it;) faces the main entrance. 3. Naturally, this stack #03, also has a "dark secret". It has the "pulling power" to bring itself "down" and drag stack #02 with it to the dumps! …

Many Geomancers and buyers always feel uncomfortable with the unit circled in the picture. Most Geomancers would consider that it is no good to stay in a home with a hollow below the home... And visually, many would feel "insecure" even if it is structually safe! Thus most likely, it can affect the re-sale of that unit...

  5. In 1631, Shah Jahan of the Mughal empire was griefstricken after his thrid wife Mumtaz Mahal, died during the birth of their fourteenth child, Gauhara Begum. Construction of the Taj Mahal began in 1632, one year after her death. Themain mausoleum was completed in 1648 and the surrounding buildings and garden with the reflecting pool were finished five years later. This is one of the first condo, that highlights that it has reflecting pools. (By the way) the pools are too shallow even for babies or kiddies to wade in. More likely, it is just nice for froggies... Other famous examples of reflecting pool:-http://en.wik…

For the last six months, having been to and seen so many developments (at least 35 scattered) all over the island... I must say; although the Watertown is a 99 leasehold property; Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, I must truly say; this development has one of the better Feng Shui around.... Given that by 2016; there will be a glut of both new and old condo units; Watertown, both from a Feng Shui point and view and investment potential; would still fair pretty well. I have been to the show-room more than three times and love the mock-up of the model where especially the "my waterway@punggol"; the waterway seems to collect at the basin of this development. And how majest…

  12. As mentioned under the Skypeak at Bukit Batok; Para 5.3; in Singapore, it is not favourable to purchase a unit that has a full view of a pavilion. If one can see the pavilion, those at the pavilion can also see you and/or you can virtually see and smell all the going on at the pavilion. The most common activities at the pavilion are the wakes (where funeral activities are conducted).

  13. Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans west-crest-@-bukit-batok.pdf Usually, I am more cautious when it comes to housing in close proximity to a petrol station. In my opinion, the main concern are the combination of several factors:- 1. vapour fumes from the storage tanks and/or during customers pumping petrol into their petrol / diesel tank(s). 2. Down-wind or the "right conditions" that may bring the vapour fumes towards the HDB West Crest @ Bukit Batok Estate. These are the two main concerns. Although a fire although not likely is a remote possibility, here. The illustration shows a visualisation of the flow of the vapour fu…

Feng Shui of HDB Waterway Sunbeam with stacks that face the tributary drain:- Block 662B with stacks #676 #678 & #680 and also Block 662C stacks #694 & #696 are influenced by the water in the Tributary drian and it's flow e.g. left to right or right to left depending on the Flying star directions of these 5 stacks of flats.

Part 2: Qbay Residences in Tampines & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. The Qbay Residences Sales Brochure shows Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 facing either N1 342 degrees or S1 162 degrees. 2. I used the streetdirectory.com 's map and found the same Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 readings also as N1 (350 degrees) and S1 (170 degrees). 3. There is a comfortable margin of variance between the two to place blocks 5, 7 15, 17 as within N1 or S2 directions. However, it is always good to confirm the readings on-site after T.O.P.

  18. 1. Feng Shui of HDB Woodlands Peak Block 302A 2. This is a small development of 33 storeys high. 3. Under Flying star Feng Shui; this development is aligned in a true North-South cardinal point. 4. Attached, please find the two sample charts: one for N2 facing and the other for S2 facing. 5. For example stack 317 is considered N2 facing. While stack 319 is S2 facing. 6. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 7. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like th…

  19. 1. Feng Shui of HDB Kallang Trivista & Flying Star Feng Shui 2. Several Stacks/units face the Kallang River. 2.1. In particular the two best stacks/units:518 & 516 are S3 facing. And equally good for an East group person. 2.2. The distinction is thatboth frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 3. The slight draw-back of stack #518 is that the "hidden" wall which is in the master bedroom can soak in the afternoon sun. 3.1 And the master bedroom; on a sunny day, can be quite hot in the evening when the heat from the wall ooze out.

Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 4. If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 5.
