Sennett Residence and Flying Star Feng Shui Majority of the stacks/units in this development either face Flying Stars Period 8 E3 or W3. E3 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the apartment. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are located. W2 facing stacks:It is good to have clear space or a water position at the living room side. As the frontage of this facing has the double auspicious combinations of water wealth stars. The only drawback is also the DIRECT afternoon sun. Wealth but "cooked" or "roasted" by the afternoon sun.

Watercove @ Wak Hassan Drive 80 units of Freehold colonial style cluster terraces and semi-detached housing. Black and white colonial style. Do you know why it is called black and white? This is because of the wood that is varnished or protected by black coating:paint. And all these homes were whitewashed. Thus the house looks like a white house with black stripes/wooden beam outlines..Still find one house at Fort Road that was converted into kids school.

FloraVille (Flora Ville) @ Cactus Road Under symbolism; I know of some businessmen who on hearing the word "cactus" would simply not even want to look at a home or even an apartment on such a road. Perhaps, to I suspect just these few persons; in their younger days they either had an "ouch!" experience with it or was always told to avoid "cactus" like the plague. Often an artists impression is accurate especially if found in a sales brochure. Thus, these seemingly innocent tree trunks of a certain variety of palm tree... may be considered inauspicious in Feng Shui... why? Under Feng Shui concepts; if a simil…

The swimming pool in your backyard or condominium contains a common chemical used in your house for disinfecing and cleaning. In the past, when I was young, went weekly to the Chinese Swimming Club. Constantly the shower area would be damp and wet. But surprisingly, there is totally no greenish / black algae found anywhere in the dressing / bathing area. This is because, chlorine, the chemical used in the swimming pool kills most bacteria and it controls algae. Today, some of the cleaning liquids contains the simple chemical chlorine. And instead of scraping furiously to remove algae from a toilet. Just spray on the chlorine and presto! Algae growth halts in it's roots …

  21. Squatters of SGP land caveat emptor... Minister for National Development (MND) Lawrence Wong says that majority of occupiers (apologies I mean squatters) of 99-year leased homes have to surrender their flats when the lease expires. As government has no means to en-bloc each and every flat.. The Minister wrote on the MND blog: “For the vast majority of HDB flats, the leases will eventually run out, and the flats will be returned to HDB, who will in turn have to surrender the land to the State.” “Do not assume that all old HDB flats will be automatically eligible for the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme, or SERS. Martin Modern by Guocoland What a pity stacks/units that have pool view also affected by afternoon sun. Especially Tower 8 with the larger units stacks #01, #02 and #03. For Tower 10, stack #12 is the most affected by afternoon sun. Including stack #11. While stacks #13, #14 and #15 also have indirect afternoon sun all year round. It is a pity that the developer should have mirrored the two blocks on this plot of land.

I used the streetdirectory.com 's map and found the same Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 readings also as N1 (350 degrees) and S1 (170 degrees). 3. There is a comfortable margin of variance between the two to place blocks 5, 7 15, 17 as within N1 or S2 directions. However, it is always good to confirm the readings on-site after T.O.P.
