This service is to review "Choice Stacks (Units within each stack) by Ranking":- 2.1. Must be within the same development e.g. a specific condominium. 2.2. For a specified type of apartment e.g. 3-Room UNIT. In addition, if the site-plan does not indicate the specific STACKs that have say the 3-Room UNIT; one must indicate or provide this information. 1. In my opinion, this small condo development with two stacks #01 and #02 get "top marks" for poor Shapes and Forms. 2. Pedestrian crossing Although the developer had cleverly avoided units directly towards any units; 3. SPC petrol station The main concern is the SPC petrol stations + fumes. Highly unlikely that it will blow-up... 4. When I was at this development, there are still units available beside this SPC petrol station. (Maybecancerous should one be exposed to prolonged fumes....)

  4. Bartley Residences ... slowly taking shape.... hill-side first then "downwards"...

  5. Two more Feng Shui friendly layouts. Of course, this development Treasure Trove does have a few stacks that have the stove directly opposite the wc.... but they are further apart then some other developments. Please see attachment: odd-one out.jpg

Time to flee the property market The winds of change are always blowing. This time it has come to take the foreign property speculators away. The sharp rise in property prices over the last ten years was contributed mainly by two factors. One, a stubborn and foolish decision not to build, and two, an even more stubborn decision to let more foreigners in to buy up whatever properties that were left. It was thought to be a good thing, at least for those hoarding a lot of properties, other than the developers. Some smell self interests. After 7 measures to cool the market and with the last one raising the cost of foreign speculators, it is starting to bite. Boon Wan had disc…

  8. Started by Cecil Lee,

Regrettably, it appears that the cooling in the property market is not likely to improve anytime soon. During my second visit to the new development, Waterscape@Cavenagh, I arrived at the condominium and made my way towards the basement lift. As I approached, a well-dressed woman entered the corridor. Just as the lift doors were about to close, she hurriedly joined me inside and initiated a conversation by asking, "Are you an owner here?" Inwardly, I thought to myself, "How unfortunate! She is probably trying to generate business for her company." The clues were evident, as she was carrying samples of carpet tiles. These are indeed challenging times for property agen…

Oops! It's too late if one has already booked Towers/stacks at lower levels close to the future proposed Petrol Station. The concern, here is that of fumes from the underground petrol reservoir and the daily pumping of gas (petrol / diesel) and the fumes flowing towards nearby stacks/units.Especially if one's unit is at a lower floors of Towers 38, 40, 42, 46 This type of layout within a site will always have (some) sharp corners of blocks aimed to wards its neighbours. Such as poison arrows from #21, #41, #42, #54 & #55

All stacks in Twin Fountain ECin Woodlands:are either NW3 or SE3 facing. 1. NW3: 1.1. Frontage: As the water wealth star (career luck) is at the frontage; it would be good if the unit's frontage has a water position or pool. 1.2. North sector: If the master bedroom is at this sector: need to disarm the MS#2 with #4 combination stars. Else could result in husband and wife having frequent quarrels. 1.3. West sector: If the master bedroom is located at this sector: there is a #5 misfortune sickness star + #7 loss of wealth / opportunities = Best to disarm this sector. 1.4. South sector: If the main entrance is at this sector: there is a #3 financial lost issues + #…

Part 2: Feng Shui of D'nest Condo & "sick building syndrome" 1. Contrary to popular belief; pool water is not exactly clean water. 2. Pool water is full of chemicals and even traces of urine. 3. When one enclosed a swimming pool like that shown attached + a gap for afternoon sun to shine the maximum period is often a recipie for high condensation of the pool water. 3.1. Here, on a clear sunny day; the sun would shine into the pool from morning (East) to (West). And this implies that lots of moisture would be created. 3.2. As this development's pool is long, narrow and highly enclosed and only two gaps; strong winds would further blow such moisture into homes tha…

Part 2: Feng Shui of The Inflora Condo & Poison Arrow(s) from flat rounded roof-lines 1. Please see attachment. 2. The flat rounded roof-lines is a potential poison arrow if it is the same level as the opening(s) of a unit. 3. And the distance to the unit is another important factor. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Clementi Ridges & the Precint Pavilion. 1. There are six stacks which have view of the precint pavilion. 2. The six stacks are 161, 163, 171, 177, 179 & 181. 3. Best to avoid stacks / units that are low floors facing the precint pavilion. As on occasions, funeral wakes are carried out in the pavilion. 4. Most recently, many HDB estates thus place the precint pavilion to one side of the development. And this should be the best practise, here. 5. As there can be situations when a race celebrates an event such as Chinese New Year or other festive occasions and unfortunately, a wake is held, there and in full view from the living room of …

The Clementi Canopy by UOL at Clementi Avenue 1 Next door neighbour to NUS high school. Common sense says that the units along / facing the Ayer Raja Expressway will nosy. And avoid having a unit (if any) facing expressway pedestrian crossing bridge that connects Clementi Ave 1 side to Jubilee Road. More about this development when I have more details of the actual site-plan and layouts

  24. City Gate at Beach Road Integrated Development: a mix of Residential, Commercial and Shopping. Formerly the enbloc of Keypoint estate. The two residential blocks have the 1950's art deco rounded overall outer shell design. Based on the site plan: stacks #12, #13 and #14 seems to be facing Flying Stars NE2 direction @52 degrees. However, this is considered a borderline case. Thus hopefully, when the development T.O.P.s it should either be NE2 or NE3. But very bad luck if it is between neither of these two directions. By the way NE2 and NE3 facing directions have the same Flying Star chart. Thus not an issue,…

The Bentley Residences @ Kovan and Flying Star Feng Shui The sales brochure's North compass direction matches that of the street-directory's map. Thus, this development's stacks either face Flying Stars Period 8: NW2 or SE2 direction with one hundred percent certainty even if the blocks are a few degrees off their angles (if any). NW2 Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. If the master bedroom or …
