Spazio @ Kovan and Shapes and Forms Feng Shui For 3 Bedroom Type C1: Although the toilet is sharing the same wall as the Kitchen/stove Fortunately, it is the shower area and the shower head is not on the same wall. It is good that the architect had placed the stove of Type C2 on a standalone table-top away from the toilet shower area.

  3. Case Study 1A: The " Smart Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS) to optimise the deployment of resources for cleaner and fuss-free waste disposal" 1. In my opinion, Hong Leong /CDL seems to be an early adopter of this Pneumatic Waste Collection System in many of of their new developments. 1.1. For this HDB BTO November 2020 launch, Champion Bliss, Urbanville, Tampines GreenCrest, Tampines GreenGlade, Tampines GreenOpal, Parc Residences all have this "SMART" PWCS. 1.2. Hopefully, the addition of the word SMART is something that is different from any of the past PWCS. 1.3. In fact, a PWCS or maybe not so "smart" ones will be installed at a condo = For…

Bedok North Vale Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans bedok-north-vale.pdf Year Completed: 2020 - Falls under Flying Star Period 8 Feng Shui HDB Bedok North Vale and Flying Star Feng Shui This small site or development is one of those "squeezed" into bits and pieces of left-over sites in Bedok North. The stacks in this development are either Flying Stars Period 8: N1 & S1 facing. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position and clear space. Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. If a bedroom is located …

FloraVille (Flora Ville) @ Cactus Road Under symbolism; I know of some businessmen who on hearing the word "cactus" would simply not even want to look at a home or even an apartment on such a road. Perhaps, to I suspect just these few persons; in their younger days they either had an "ouch!" experience with it or was always told to avoid "cactus" like the plague. Often an artists impression is accurate especially if found in a sales brochure. Thus, these seemingly innocent tree trunks of a certain variety of palm tree... may be considered inauspicious in Feng Shui... why? Under Feng Shui concepts; if a simil…

Watercove Ville @ Sembawang predominatly has facing direction of either NE1 or SW1 NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus since many units face the sea, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such…

  17. 1. Feng Shui of HDB Woodlands Peak Block 302A 2. This is a small development of 33 storeys high. 3. Under Flying star Feng Shui; this development is aligned in a true North-South cardinal point. 4. Attached, please find the two sample charts: one for N2 facing and the other for S2 facing. 5. For example stack 317 is considered N2 facing. While stack 319 is S2 facing. 6. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 7. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like th…

Martin Modern by Guocoland What a pity stacks/units that have pool view also affected by afternoon sun. Especially Tower 8 with the larger units stacks #01, #02 and #03. For Tower 10, stack #12 is the most affected by afternoon sun. Including stack #11. While stacks #13, #14 and #15 also have indirect afternoon sun all year round. It is a pity that the developer should have mirrored the two blocks on this plot of land.
