Many Geomancers and buyers always feel uncomfortable with the unit circled in the picture. Most Geomancers would consider that it is no good to stay in a home with a hollow below the home... And visually, many would feel "insecure" even if it is structually safe! Thus most likely, it can affect the re-sale of that unit...

1. Under the current period: 8 (2004 to 2023); the areas to look out for in Singapore would be the NE corridor of Punggol / Seletar area. 2. Another area is already evident is in the SW sector Singapore. Go down to Boon Lay and one can see that this is the busiest sub-urban place-to-be in Singapore. 3. In the next 10 years or so, the NE corridor would gradually also see much activities. NE would be seen as more of a "physical" recreational activity hub... while the SW more of a "work cum window shopping" kinda-of a place. 4. It does not mean that the whole population has to move to NE or SW - goodness me! Nowadays with easy transportation: MRT and many own cars; it …

If these homes are in the United States (US), homes outlined in RED would instead be considered as the least auspicious amongst the row of terrace homes. Please see attachment.

1. The Petals is one of the sites with good effort on Shapes & Forms Feng Shui. The six blocks are harmoniously blended into not exactly a triangle site. 2. It looks modern yet, its profile looks like the side of an olive or even a rugby ball. Each of the 6 blockssuppose to looklike petals ofthe flower.. that is how the condo was named after. 3. One of the most friendly designs. If one looks at each block closely in relation to the other 5 blocks (total of 6 blocks); there are no sha qi or poison arrows aimed at one another. 4. Another advantage of this type of blocks is that qi can flow easily between all the blocks without creating unnecessary "distrubed wind …

It is also within walking distance ofSimei MRT Station and Eastpoint Shopping Mall. Although the blocks "flow" with the site based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; but one of the major dislikes is that all the stacks (units) are in the shape of a "butterfly." Under symbolism in Feng Shui; a butterfly has a …

There will be about 194 units ranging from 1700sqft to 2000sqft in size. Tenure is 99 years. Basedon Shapes andForms Feng Shui; a top-down (helicopter)showsaprofile that looks like an Indian warrior's axe. Please see attachment. Can yousee an image (in thick red outline) of an axe? With the handle at the bottom and thecurved axe shape?Iwon't want to be caught being a neighour as highlighted in purple "inauspicious"piece of land!

If you are an architect or developer; please take note of this illustration. The architect of this small development of landed properties have cleverly made sure that none of the landed properties within this estate is affected by a home at the "T" junction. Please see attachment: circled in red. Instead of squeezing one or two more homes between this empty space, they have thus avoided what would have been a home facing a "T" Junction. An excellent way to over-come a home at a "T" Junction! Architects should learn from this Far East development.

This is a tiny condo development with a total of 34 units. Tenure left is 947 years to go. Estimated completion date is in mid 2011. It's a very uncommon "V" shaped layout plan. Flying star is a Period8 development. The main block with stacks 06& 07 facing NW. While stacks 08& 09 facing SE. And a smaller block with stacks 01 & 02 West 2 facing. And stacks 3 & 4 East 2 facing. I brought out this site as another example where we have to be careful of the "porcupines" i.e. sharp corners aimed at the individual units. Please refer to attachment: In this example, the most distinct poison arrow is the purple marking "D" where the sharp corner of stack 0…

And correspondingly, stacks 15, 16 and 21, 22and 25 have stacks facing SW3. Equally good facing directions especially for the West Group. (Other than the consideration of the dreaded afternoon sun). 4. Stacks 01, 02, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 13 and 14 (bright yellow…

1. Ideally, in Feng Shui, it is best not to have blue-roof for buildings. 2. As a blue roof in the I-ching represents difficulties. Thus it is best not to have a blue roof i.e. nice-not-to have instead of must-not-have situation.

The morale of the story is that the rich gets richer, by investing in time and effort to secure (expert) help in finding a good home. The poor as usual, gets into a cycle of poverty: Imagine buying a home equivalent to a ten year old car. No matter how much effort is done (later) to improve their home, the Feng Shui of the home cannot turn it into a "gem" of a car! If one bought a run-down toyota, how to turn it into a lovely 7 series BMW? Again, it is like a family of 8 buying a home equivalent of a small Chinese cherry car! How to fit 8 persons in the car! No way! Have to purchase a car the equivalent of an MPV!

1. What you had described is very similar to the development known as The Meyer Place. This is the link to it:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=19&mid=5532&new= 2. In all developments, there are often excellent units, good units and inauspicious units. This depends on which floor, what is the external influence of that particular development. Thus no two homes in a same development is similar. 3. In the above example, the unit " achieves " a quantum leap in Feng Shui by "sucking" wealth from the duplex bungalow - directly within it's development. This bungalow formerly belongs to a wealthy merchant : Tan Lark Sye. 4. Location, loc…

1. As mentioned, in my earlier comments, those units circled in pink, should have NO problem even with the toilet bowl. Such units should be able to easily "weather" the "leak". 2. Yes, the additional WC can easily be removed. And one can apply for a one time check so that one no longer pays the conservancy charge for the extra WC. In terms of the Feng Shui, it is a better choice not to have this additional WC (if it is not fully needed). 3. For a partition, these are some common guidelines:- 3.1. Avoid placing shoes in the partition cabinet. 3.2 Avoid circular designs for the partition 3.3 Avoid placing a reflective glass facing the main door 3.4 A partition should if…

This article shares light into the value of investing in a HDB apartment that is especially close to both MRT and amenities. Due to the government's relaxation of rules for renting out an entire HDB apartments, some have asked their parents to move-in with them. And have rented out their parent's HDB apartment especially in areas like Holland Village, Queenstown etc... HDB apartments does not costs that much as compared to a condo, yet, some can sometimes yield higher or equavalent rentals to such condos....
