Artra at 10 Alexandra View is a 400 unit mixed development. Although it is touted as just a few metres away from Redhill MRT, the bane is perhaps the noise from the daily screeching of braking MRT trains. Note: attached map = source: one map.sg

Astor is a small 12 storey single block condominium. It was completed this year. Tenure is 99 years. I give this condo the"THUMBS DOWN":- 1. Although the overall block looks not only like a drawf dragon; it is only but ajunior ¬ a formidable dragon and worseoff - it looks like it has all its limbs amputated... a cripple! 2. The worst stack is Stack #03. Has really bad Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: the main issue is that the whole stack (other than the void area for cars to pass below it;) faces the main entrance. 3. Naturally, this stack #03, also has a "dark secret". It has the "pulling power" to bring itself "down" and drag stack #02 with it to the dumps! …

A put off of this development is it's close proximity to the Mount Vernon Columbarium/ Santuary. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, particularly: Stack #42 will be affected by the fork at the Bartley Road / Bartley viaduct area..

Bedok Residences Condo of club house and barbeque pit (barbeque pit maze) There are many considerations when choosing an apartment. Nowadays, one of the most important considerations are: 1. If the unit does not have indoor rubbish chute: where is the central rubbish chute(s). 1.1. Here I have seen some new developments having two rubbish chutes: normal and recycling chutes. 2. There was a recent incident where some had purchased a "premium" unit and later found that there was a rubbish chute next to their new unit's main entrance door. 2.1. Even if this is not bad Shapes and Forms... Ouch! This…

Bellewaters 7 Blocks 13, 15, 17, 19 25, 27, 29 has stacks that either face 10 degrees Flying Star P8 N3 or S3 (190 degrees). While the rest of the remaining 3 blocks: 11, 21 and 23 faces 0 degrees Flying Star P8 N2 or S3 (180 degrees) Thus all stacks are more suitable to an "East Group" breadwinner.

i1.This is a freehold development comprises 240 units. The developer is: Allgreen. 2. It is situated on a higher slope at Woodleigh Close, off Upper Serangoon Road. IT has 2 Blocks that are 14 storey's high. 3. As it's TOP was in 2008, the Flying Star for this development is Period 8. And 50 percent of all units face South 2 (N2; while the rest of the units face North 2 (N2) 4. Overall, this whole development suits the East group people. In particular, the best units are those circled in RED: South facing. As South facing apartmens enjoy double auspicious MS#8 and WS#8 at it's frontage. The best stacks in this development are: #01, #04, #05, #08 and …

As always, the key success factor is : THE FORMS DETERMINE THE STARS, THE STARS DETERMINE THE FATE OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN A HOME. A worked example of the combination of the application of both FORMS (Shapes and Forms) and Stars (Flying Star facing direction analysis)... Nowadays, this is the trend of the smart.... A thorough analysis includes many things: 1. Afternoon sun consideration 2. Pavilions where wakes (for the dead) are held 3. Any poison arrows (Sha qi) in the form of lamp posts; sharp edges of neighbouring blocks 4. Flying Star facing directions of each of the potential stacks or units 5. White Pollution from road noise, bus stops etc... 6. Potential missing c…

Whenever, I see these pictures of some of these views of Caribbean At Keppel Bay, 2 Keppel Bay Drive; it reminds me of a recent converstation with an old client: She was the one that sold her Sentosa Cove home for $36 million to the Chinese person. This topic was the talk of the real estate world and for many in Singapore a few weeks ago. The Caribbean At Keppel Bay, 2 Keppel Bay Drive although cannot equate the views it's neighbouring Sentosa, but; this development is equally popular today as it is just at the fringe of the Sentosa development and Vivo city mega shopping centre. Caribbean At Keppel Bay, 2 Keppel Bay Drive can be considered asthe "poorer" m…

6 blocks with 16 storeys and 1 block of 15 storeys high. There are a total of 708 units in this development and comes under Period 8, Flying Stars N3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back/rear" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. It is advantages for a S3 facing as the frontage of the home has the double auspicious weath luck. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which…

Dear All, Another good indicator when house-hunting (especially for more afforadable 99 year lease) apartments is to take note of: 1. "Unsold" units in a development that had already obtained TOP for more than 1 year and yet no take up for "choice units" as found under this relatively new developer's developments:- http://www.ntuc-choicehomes.com/available.htm Here, they have listed three `not so' hot selling properties especially Tropical Springs and Rivervale Crest:- 1. Tropical Springs It should have been a good sell considering that it is in walking distance of the Simei MRT station. But, yet choice units remained unsold. 2. Rivervale Crest I had…
