Tampines GreenEdge Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans tampines-greenedge.pdf HDB Tampines GreenEdge and poison arrow(s) or sha qi from sharp corner of neighbouring blocks/stacks Staggered or step block/stack designs would inevitabily cause poison arrows from neighbouring sharp corners of blocks/stacks to be aimed towards another block/stack. In HDB Tamines GreenEdge, even staggering various stacks within a single block may even cause poison arrows to "sister" stacks. For example: Block 493H stack #588 is "in-front" of it's sister stack #570. This has resulted in two sharp corners of stack #588 aimed towards stack #570. An…

We are a nation at war. And we have a different kind of enemy... Truly sad news for the people of Singapore. Ten years is a short-time! (If all goes well for them seven years is a possibility) I am not just talking about loss of jobs. Your home today is worth more than 1 million. In 10 years time... if this materialises... don't ever think about it....

Bedok North Vale Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans bedok-north-vale.pdf Year Completed: 2020 - Falls under Flying Star Period 8 Feng Shui HDB Bedok North Vale and Flying Star Feng Shui This small site or development is one of those "squeezed" into bits and pieces of left-over sites in Bedok North. The stacks in this development are either Flying Stars Period 8: N1 & S1 facing. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position and clear space. Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. If a bedroom is located …

HDB Ang Mo Kio Court & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This year (2017) HDB seems to plug all the "holes" in Bedok to develop HDB flats. 2. Same, here. Last year, this unusual plot of land much like a zig-saw puzzle tile is plugged with an estate like: HDB Ang Mo Mio Court 3. There are only two stacks in this development that are NE1 facing: 39 & 41. 4. NE1 stacks has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. 4.1 If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. 4.2 I…

City Suites formerly Cosmoloft There is often a stigma attached to a home so close to a Hospital. In this case the Communicable Disease Centre & in 2003, SARs epidemic. Common sense and Shapes and Forms are in-concurrence, here. Where the Shapes and Forms is considered poor, here. Often, it may be harder to entice potential buyers in a resale market (not withstanding the re-sale price).

Credit: The Sunday Times, Singapore 02 April 2017 Another iconic landmark: No. 22 Hillside Drive known as Lakshmi Villa by mid-June 2017 will be torn down as it was expensive to up-keep and maintain this property. Formerly it was jointly built via a joint-venture with Mr Benson Ho, 60, a property developer from Invest-Ho Property to develop this 20,000 square feet property. What was unique to this property is that it has one of the last "clear" wells in Singapore. And the family regards this "clear" water as good luck. In the 1950's most bungalows in Katong area for example were only 10,000 square feet. Thus, this site w…

Hi Master, I am looking at Woodleight Hill side. In General, most flat is North-West and North-East facing, except those the is West and East facing? In your opinion, which area is better, and which area is better to avoid. All the flat at the outer circle seems okay, seems like no blockage or sha-qi? I am new here, so can't really decide, need your advice. Thanks.

In the last few years; many new HDB flats has play catch-up with the condominiums and ECs. To make it sound nicer; the use of drywall’s has led to a nicer sounding theme: “New HDB flats with flexible layouts” This is to say that all older HDB flats inner walls were once constructed with pre-cast concrete slabs. But today, I have come across many new HDB estates using such dry walls: Ang Mo Kio, Sengkang, Punggol, Yishun and many other new estates.

Adana at Thomson is a small freehold development with 74 units. Comprising 3 Blocks of 5 Storey Residential Flat with Roof Terrace, with a Basement Car Park with Swimming Pool and Communal facilities. On one hand, the let down is that it is just beside a petrol station (Block 551) and there are two other petrol stations upstream; This is where the concern of vapours from petrol pumps and ground level reservoirs (if any). More concerned for units at lower levels and particularly facing the petrol station. The plus is that it is next to the Lower Pierce Park and Lower Peirce Reservoir.
