Part 5 : Under Shapes and Forms: Thomson Impression Condo has two "point-blocks" which is considered a safe design. Point-blocks or similar designs have been present since the early 1970s, exemplified by the 25-story high HDB five-bedroom units. In this configuration, qi or wind can circulate freely, even when the two blocks are situated close together, provided there is sufficient space or distance between them.

Time to flee the property market The winds of change are always blowing. This time it has come to take the foreign property speculators away. The sharp rise in property prices over the last ten years was contributed mainly by two factors. One, a stubborn and foolish decision not to build, and two, an even more stubborn decision to let more foreigners in to buy up whatever properties that were left. It was thought to be a good thing, at least for those hoarding a lot of properties, other than the developers. Some smell self interests. After 7 measures to cool the market and with the last one raising the cost of foreign speculators, it is starting to bite. Boon Wan had disc…

1. Tre Residences Condo and Flying Star Feng Shui 2. This development has stacks that either face Flying Stars N2 or S2 directions. 3. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 3.1 S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 3.2 The best stacks in thi…

Treasure Crest EC, developed by Sim Lian Pte Ltd in collaboration with Flying Star Feng Shui, is located at Block 54. 1. The stacks #13 and #14 of Block 54 are oriented towards the SW1 direction, while stacks #15 and #16 are oriented towards the NE1 direction. 2. The NE1 orientation of stacks #15 and #16 features the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the front. Consequently, units with a water position at the front (balcony side) can benefit from favorable Feng Shui. However, it is important to note that there is no actual water or (Yang Water) present at their front. 2.1 Nevertheless, there is no need for concern; stacks #15 and #16 still benefit from "yi…

Location: Simei Street 4 Developer: NTUC Choice Homes with Comfort Properties Tenure: 99 years TOP in middle of 2002. This condo is a mid-medium sized condo with a total of 242 units with 2, 3, 4 and mansionettes. Because of it's close proximity to the Simei MRT, it commands a good price per sq ft. Price per sq ft for units in this condo can arrange between $540K to $630K psf depending on the level and size of apartment and view. My comments: 1. This developer of this condo also built the much dreaded symbollically joined U shape designed condo project called: Rivervale Crest Condominium. 2. It is good that Tropical Spring has an opening (please see att…

The uncompleted Blocks 308 and 310 Punggol. From a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; the stacks are cemented together in some kind of a broken hex type of design. Highly unusual. But from a first view; many stacks because they are "glued together" can be generally considered as "not favourable external shapes and forms due to perhaps, how qi is going to circulate properly within many stacks. As there is a waterway running between Block 308 under Waterway Ter I and Block 310 Waterway Ter II; the architects have opened up the hex at locations facing the waterway from both blocks. Truly, a highly unusual design. Very uncommon design. For such a development; more likely; depending …

These are some consideration: 1. Looks like the edge of Tower 22, Stack 45 is aimed towards Tower 10, Stack 18. Hopefully, it is not aimed towards the balcony / living room windows. 1.1 Unlike a bedroom window, which often can be easily neutralised by e.g. day curtain(s) or blinds; a living room area is often usually an open area. 2. Pot Luck and Tower 10, Stack 18. As it may be affected by both the poison arrow (sharp corner of Tower 22, Stack 45. STACK 18 ======== 2.1. In addition @ the East coast or around the South side of Singapore which is near to the sea; often one can feel strong winds blowing from the land towards the sea (South.) 2.2. Tower 10, Stack 18 direct…

VIIO @ Balestier Road's thin profile with it's "base" sits exactly the North-South alignment of Balestier Road. Stacks 03, 04, 05 and 06 most certainly has "pool view". Not it's own pool though but that of Ramada Hotel. This pool is a blessing in disguise; as it allows unobtructed view. Other than stack 03 which looks towards the side of Ramada Hotel. Common sense says that one should avoid direct afternoon sun. With all year round afternoon sun.. there is no where to hide.. for the stacks/units facing West. E2 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the ho…
