City Gate at Beach Road Integrated Development: a mix of Residential, Commercial and Shopping. Formerly the enbloc of Keypoint estate. The two residential blocks have the 1950's art deco rounded overall outer shell design. Based on the site plan: stacks #12, #13 and #14 seems to be facing Flying Stars NE2 direction @52 degrees. However, this is considered a borderline case. Thus hopefully, when the development T.O.P.s it should either be NE2 or NE3. But very bad luck if it is between neither of these two directions. By the way NE2 and NE3 facing directions have the same Flying Star chart. Thus not an issue,…

City Suites formerly Cosmoloft There is often a stigma attached to a home so close to a Hospital. In this case the Communicable Disease Centre & in 2003, SARs epidemic. Common sense and Shapes and Forms are in-concurrence, here. Where the Shapes and Forms is considered poor, here. Often, it may be harder to entice potential buyers in a resale market (not withstanding the re-sale price).

1. Please take note thatthis development only has "facing" directions (standing inside the living room looking outwards) that are North or South. Thus for CityLife EC, there are totally no West Group facing units. 2. Block 51, stack 02 is closest to the road : Tampines Ave 9. While block 59 #17 is at the "busy" junction between Tampines Ave 7 and Ave 9. Thus DO expect "noise pollution" coming from vehicles and motorcycles using the road. 2.1 Thus those units having a suffix A (in the earlier ranking exercise plan) denote : "Expect some road noise = especially for LOWER floors and some noise even at higher floors". 2.2 Compared to pool facing, majori…

Cityscape @ Farrer Park and Rubbish collection point In some instances, we have to open our eyes closely when selecting our costly investment of a property. In this example of Cityscape Condo; although there is tell-tale sign of a dead-end road leading into the development; No where says that there is a rubbish bin collection point. Here, if one is familiar with similar outlines of HDB site plans; one can immediately notice (see attachment); that most likely; it could be a drive-up / reverse-point for a rubbish truck to collect rubbish. If so, I wouldn't want to select a low unit especially stack #06 or even #07 as often the "smell" could permeate…

Although South facing (Flying Star Period 8 South 2) has overall good Feng Shui, however, many units facing south would be affected by "Fire-at-Heaven's gate". For example, just take note of this unit confirguration. Where the balcony faces South and the stove is directly on the NW compass direction. Thus this unit suffers from "Fire at Heaven's gate". Many of such units are dotted within the ClementiWood's condominium. Will may have a bearing in the male breadwinner's career as well as 'no luck - from heaven'.

The blocks that are on the opposite side of the MRT station and rail-way tracks are:- Block 230 with Stacks #04, #05, #06, #07 & #08 and Block 232 with Stacks #15, #16, #17, #18 & #19 All these stacks face the Flying Star Period 8 direction of NE1. NE1 stacks has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. In fact, all the stacks do face a water position. Thus, these stacks with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, t…

Dear Users, 1. All reviews of condominiums are based purely on general external shapes and forms. 2. My reviews does not take into consideration that each unit within the development can vary - average, good, very auspicious or inauspicious. 3. For example, sometimes, good condos that had been reviewed, may have some units that have toilets at the centrepoint or other fatal shapes and forms problems either of it's interior or external. For example, the corner of another block points to the block one wants to buy. 4. Therefore, I must highlight that no two units are similar. Sometimes, from a top view, the swimming pool may curve in or act a…

Casablanca condo has six well spread towers: 1 to 6. It was completed in 2006 by Mediterranean Properties Pte Ltd with a total of 478 units. It is near to the Singapore Americian School. Can you see "jumping frogs" in each of the 6 towers? Overall, the well spaced Towers is considered good in Feng Shui. And the jumping frogs ... implies lively activities especially for young occupants in the development.

Dear Users/Students of Geomancy.net, 1. Let me introduce you to the concept known as " Penetrating Sha Qi ". 2. Introduction 2.1 On 26 January 2003, I received an e-mail from a user who had purchased our Ba Zi report and found it very accurate as compared to one charted by a local practitioner. As our life readings coincide with his personal experience. 2.2 He informed us that a year ago, he had engaged a local Feng Shui practitioner. Things did not improve. 2.3. On the insistence of his wife, he engaged another Feng Shui practitioner to Feng Shui his home. At this point, he used a `special method' of Flying Star and tried to introduce changes. 3. However, as he had purc…

Developer: Hoi Hup Holdings Pte Ltd Location: Jalan Rama Rama Tenure Freehold Total No of Units 204 Expected TOP Date 30 June 2008 Types of units: 2 Bedrooms 1,055 to 1,055sqf 3 Bedrooms 1,259 to 1,615sqf 4 Bedrooms 2,939 to 3,025sqf This development has two blocks: The Duke and The Duchess Overall, it looks like all the better units had been snapped up i.e. especially #03 and #05. Blocks #02 and #07 in my opinion are considered unfavourable because of the fact that these units are exposed to the afternoon sun. Imagine! daily (especially in sunny Singapore) one returns to a very warm Master bedroom! and even the bedroom 2 cannot escape the afternoon sun. Do seri…

Eastpoint Green was completed in 1998 with a total of 684 units. It was developed by Nissho Iwai Corporation & Far East Organisation. Tenure of 99 years. It is also within walking distance ofSimei MRT Station and Eastpoint Shopping Mall. Under symbolism in Feng Shui; a butterfly has a …

Location: 1, 3 and 5 Simei Street 3 Developer: Far East Organisation and Nissho Iwai Corporation - Eastpoint Park Properties Pte Ltd Tenure: 99 years TOP was in 1999. This condominium is 3 years old. Total units: 684 Consisting of: 84 studio apartments, 2 bedrooms, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. In my opinion, becareful if you are looking at second hand units in this condominium: 1. The units are like in a butterfly design. Inauspicious shape. As butterfiles live a short life. (Real butterflies live for only 1 week). 2. Many of the units have toilets at the centre-point. (Inauspicious). 3. The entire estate is opposite the New Changi Hospital. (In my opinion, as t…
