To me, the outlines of the blocks with the 40 strata homes looks like a frog. Where block 22 looks like the head with the jaw-line between house numbers 10 to 16A. And the bottom two rows of strata homes looks more like the feet of the frog:-

Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; the Panorama at Ang Mo Kio is situated on a "boot shaped" site. The architect wraps the 6 blocks in this site around the "perimeter" of the development. Thus majority of the pool is within the centre of the development and flows towards the NE and vice-versa.
