Senja Heights Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans senja-heights.pdf HDB Senja Heights is a small estate of 552 units close to the fringe of Bukit Panjang's West-NW sector. Fortunately, it is buffered by a future park and future HDB high-rise residental estates. As these estates are just next to Kranji Expressway (noisy). The facing directions are either N3 or S3 facing stacks/units. N3 Stacks/units 301, 303, 281, 283, 309, 311 313 & 315 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S3 Stacks 285, 287, 289, 291 305, 307, 317 and 319 and above N3 stacks are better suited to East group …

1. In general, it is best to get a unit furthest away from the MRT line especially for units between 3rd to 6th storey. As the MRT train noise may penetrate thru some of the walls of apartments. (Noise pollution). 2. Usually in all developments, there are often good units and not so good units. Quote: I would like to know if the How is the feng shui for Yew Tee Residence coming up very near to the Yew Tee MRT.

1. Feng Shui of HDB Kallang Trivista & Flying Star Feng Shui 2. Several Stacks/units face the Kallang River. 2.1. In particular the two best stacks/units:518 & 516 are S3 facing. And equally good for an East group person. 2.2. The distinction is thatboth frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 3. The slight draw-back of stack #518 is that the "hidden" wall which is in the master bedroom can soak in the afternoon sun. 3.1 And the master bedroom; on a sunny day, can be quite hot in the evening when the heat from the wall ooze out.

1. This image depicts the clubhouse. 2. Upon closer inspection, the roof of the clubhouse resembles a knife directed towards the bedroom of the ground floor unit. 3. The remedy is similar to the example; where the owner employs a day curtain to shield the interior of the apartment from this "poison arrow." 4. Even a rectangular roof (such as that of this clubhouse) located near a stack can generate a poison arrow directed at the apartment.

1. What you had described is very similar to the development known as The Meyer Place. This is the link to it:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=19&mid=5532&new= 2. In all developments, there are often excellent units, good units and inauspicious units. This depends on which floor, what is the external influence of that particular development. Thus no two homes in a same development is similar. 3. In the above example, the unit " achieves " a quantum leap in Feng Shui by "sucking" wealth from the duplex bungalow - directly within it's development. This bungalow formerly belongs to a wealthy merchant : Tan Lark Sye. 4. Location, loc…

ARE YOU PAYING MORE THAN WHAT YOU SHOULD FOR THAT PROPERTY? IS IT THE RIGHT TIME TO BUY? Another good tool to guage property prices is by looking at the Property Price Index. For example, if one had purchased a private property between 1998 and 1999; this was one of the best times to do so. As the private property price is lowest for quite sometime close to the 100 percent mark. If one looks at the graph, 2001 and 2002 seems quite good since for 4th quarter 02, it went to one of the lowest at 115.1 percent. In my opinion, perhaps if more and more condos are built, we could find the private property prices fall to as low as the 60 percentile mark as in 1983/1984 or lo…

Dear Stan, Yes, earlier, I do agree with your dad that the earlier unit is much better unit based on my earlier reasons. With respect to this two new units; please note the following:- 1. My views are strictly related to top-view shapes and forms. For example, it does not relate to the level / storey of the apartment; any tall lone trees or any other sha qi. 2. I personally prefer 805 next to Peiying Primary School as it seems able to catch in `qi' from all directions in a balanced way. 3. Furthermore, the most attractive thing is not so much of FS, but rather the close proximity to the Khatib MRT station. But do check out what is the `penetrating' noise level in the unit…

Dear All, In my opinion, Housing Development Board (HDB) Executive Apartments similar to Executive Units 44 and Unit 56 is "inauspicious". If one looks carefully in the illustration, the edge of the master bedroom toilet (external wall) of Executive Unit 48 is aimed at the frontage area of Unit 44. While Executive unit 52's external wall is aimed at the frontage of Unit 56. Warmest Regards, Cecil Although it is not directly aimed at the main door, it the bulk of the flow is concentrated within the main door area. It will affect the main door since the `cutting' sha qi is wide and "penetrating". Erh.. good luck to those staying at Unit 44 or Unit 56 of Block 502A (12 store…

Wandervale Executive Condo (EC) floor plan Common sense Besides common sense of avoiding the"afternoon sun":- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=19&mid=34978&new= I would also typically (if I am the one to purchase an apartment) is to be aware of where the barbeque pavillion(s) and the gourment dining pavillion(s) are. I would often try to visualise where the wind may flow towards... and avoid purchasing a unit especially on the ground floor close-by to these areas. Don't get me wrong, I am no vegetarian.. but especially on Friday evenings and weekends... I don't want to get constant smell of barbequed food..…

Part 2: Principal Garden @ Prince Charles Cresent and advantage of "point-block" flats x 4 The uniform 4 "Point-blocks" offer excellent qi flow around them yearly. And "point-blocks" are considered safe designs. Expected T.O.P. is 31 December 2022. Thus this development falls under Flying Stars Period 8. Although this is the last two end years of Period 8 Feng Shui.

Dear Koh, I believe that many of the readers in this forum are adults or at least adults. I have to apologise first, if you are not. This is because, what I am going to say may not appeal to the young. This is because, although it is right to say that Jade (or an object of jade is considered priceless) but; many are not aware of the "bad mouth" associated with Jade. If you are too young to read this... please close this message immediately.... STOP... Here goes... Perhaps Geylang will always be a red light district is because of it's association with Jade. Although many of us think that Jade is priceless, but if one research further it has SEXUAL connotations. Jade which…

Further to what I had mentioned, many Singaporeans had paid unrealistic prices (to me I call it `crazy' prices) for apartments. For example, I remembered when this development was placed on sale, the price is something like S$800 to S$860 p.s.f. in late 2000 to 2001. Last year, the average 2nd owner market is around S$700 p.s.f. to S$740 p.s.f. There are several units that were placed on forced sale. And the transacted price is $492 p.s.f.! Freehold, 999 or statutory grant; again, do study or carefully look at the p.s.f. of the potential apartment that you like to purchase. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Rivertree Residences Site Plan Rivertree residences.pdf I believe RiverTrees Residences Tower 21 is also well conceived. Here, two stacks 01 and 06 has a commanding view of the Punggol Reservoir. While this design/layout also ensures that two more stacks 02 and 03 faces the development's pool side. And stack 04 and 05 have an acceptable view also. It is also remarkable that even when all blocks are in a circular profile; the architect has also make sure that there are no poison arrows aimed at each other!

Bellewaters 7 Blocks 13, 15, 17, 19 25, 27, 29 has stacks that either face 10 degrees Flying Star P8 N3 or S3 (190 degrees). While the rest of the remaining 3 blocks: 11, 21 and 23 faces 0 degrees Flying Star P8 N2 or S3 (180 degrees) Thus all stacks are more suitable to an "East Group" breadwinner.
