  4. Hi, I am looking for a 3 bedder to rent next month. I have shortlisted Costa Del Sol, Cote D'Azur and Meyerise. But after reading some of your post, I am not sure which one to select now. I am someone who believes in Fengshui and how Fengshui can affect our life and career etc.. I am a single mun with 2 kids and helper. My initial choice was Costa Del sol, then after reading your post, you mentioned The Bayshore is a better fengshui development, I am hesitating now. Meyerise was the 2nd option, as it is new and sea facing too but rental is slightly high side compared to Costa Del Sol. 3rd Option is Cote D'Azur. Are you able …

  5. Is my Period 8 house still lucky from 2024 till 2043? Many have collected their keys on or between 2004 till 2023. And due to the change of qi, luck can change as we move into year 2024 onwards. [Note: In Singapore, for HDB flats, one has to check the "Lease commencement date or Start date" to confirm that 1st owner's key collection was on/after 2004 onwards till 2023. For Landed Homes, Condo, EC it is called the Temporary Occupation License or T.O.P. date.] Some have by now felt things may not be smooth or have health issues. The reality is the Feng Shui Qi or lucky sectors will change for either for the better or for the worse. 1. N1 = Less lucky…

These are some considerations: 1. Under Period 9, without a doubt, be it MS#9 and or WS#9 (other than the palace or base star); 2. The above two stars are suppose to be the most important current prosperity stars. 3. Where Water Star #9 = career and overall luck 4. Where Mountain Star #9 has to do more with networking, relationships (especially) family and health luck. 5. Thus, if #9 is the MS trapped or locked at the centre, it is advantages to have clear space at the centre of the home. This goes the same as if the WS is trapped at the centre palace. 6. Again, how bad depends on a HOLISTIC assessment of the entire home: external environment, the site, the plot, the bui…

Dear Anon, Please see below:- If a house has missing corners or is as you mentioned a fat diamond shape home, the next best alternative is to use centre of gravity to determine the centrepoint. For example, obtain a photocopy of your house layout (in proper dimension). Cut the outline and place it on a cardboard. The cardboard should also be cut-out i.e. an outline of the home. Then use a pin or nail and try to balance it. The point where it can balance properly is the centre of gravity = the centrepoint of the house. I am not sure, if I understand you correctly as you mentioned that it is a figure 8? as shown above. If you have a scanned image not to large, perhaps…

  16. Further to what I mentioned earlier, it is acceptable for some components of a wind chime e.g. it's support "roof" and the clanger to be made of wood. The rationle is simple. Under the Destructive cycle - ref: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/theories/fs-5element.htm One will notice that metal -> destroys -> wood. Thus, even with relatively some wood pieces on the wind chime, the 6 rod e.g. hollow aluminium wind chime - with its constant clinging has no problems `destroying' wood element. In addition, wood with aluminum is a nice pleasing piece to look at. Warmest Regards, Cecil PS. *JOKE* Please note that I am not swaying anyone from using any type of wind chime.…

DearJian Rong, It may not necessarily be true that all Period 7 homes should be converted to Period 8 to enjoy better qi. For example, if your home is a North 1 (337.5 to 352.4 degrees or 345 degrees, home; You have to study your layout before committing to changing to Period 8. For example, lets say your bedroom happens to be at the North-West sector of the home. Under Period 7; NW:- MS1 WS4 B8 = Auspicious stars in particular #1 = future prosperity with #8 current prosperity. Mountain star can be activated for relationship, family luck and networking luck But under Period 8; NW:- MS4 WS3 B9 = Relationship issues: quarrels and lawsuits. Overall stress for both hu…

Please ponder over the following information:- 1. Under Period 8, is it true that #8 is the auspicious number? 2. Under Period 8, #8 especially Mountain and/or Water star(s) are considered the current prosperity stars. 3. When one hears of double auspicious #8's, especially the 20 year flying star; it is always good to have these two stars at the most yang qi area e.g. frontage of the home. 4. Under Para 3, if the MS#8 can live happily side by side with WS#8; then just imagine when a #8 flies in.. what is the outcome of a MS#8 and this monthly WS#8?

Dear Anon, The Flying star apartment report is based on the idea that each floor or storey has a different qi flow. And this Flying Star analysis is known as "Vertical Flying Star Feng Shui". However, it has to be used in conjunction with "horizontal Flying star Feng Shui" or the regular 20 Year Flying Star analysis. Since you now see him more often, try to make the opportunity to be togetherness. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Fran, 1. For a home, often, if things are not too good, there is a good chance that the Shapes and Forms of the home (either external and interior may have problems). Often, some of the external issues include: wrong placement of water positions etc... 2. Under Compass School of Feng Shui, if one had already stayed in a home; often, what we (practitioners) do is to draw several Flying Star charts to look at the home to see if it `matches' the problems that has been faced inside a home. 3. Thus instead of trying to figure whether the home belongs to period `X' or `Y'; the most practical approach is to try to do a chart of the current period, first e.g. Period 7, since…

Dear Jojo, You should not activate or solve the #5 simply because it falls in that sector by using a wind chime. You have to look at the overall interaction of the #5 in relation to the 20-year sector. Usually, if you have cured or solve any problems with the 20-year itself, it should be quite safe for you, as they additional yearly star should not cause that much of a problem. However, yearly star should still be look at. For monthly stars, it is even less important, unless you always have the time and ability to keep track of the stars changing every month. But personally it is a little too over zealous to keep making changes each month. Usually, you will fix the 20-yea…

Dear CindyLu, CindyLu Who wrote: In your experience, have you ever had the need to use 2 flying star charts? If year of construction of house is known, but several renovations have been made to the house but those years are unknown, would you use more than one chart? And how would you compare the 2 charts to enable you to make decisions? In such cases, we have to determine which chart will fall closest to the current influence of the house. Usually, we try to determine what has been done, because if there are hacking/addition/removal of house structure, generally, it is clear cut sign of a change in period. If not, then we just have to assess two charts, see which has ev…
