These are some considerations:- 1. Your posting of this thread into "Earth Luck: Flying Star (Xuan Kong)" Feng Shui conference. 2. Please note that Flying Star (Xuan Kong) is one of the two Compass School of Feng Shui model / concept. 3. The other Compass School Feng Shui is the Eight House or East/West Group Feng Shui. 4. Given the above "clue" what has lot number got to do with the above? None! 5. In addition:Flying Star (Xuan Kong) Feng Shui can be sub-divided further into TWO models/concepts:- 5.1. Horizontal Flying Star Feng Shui 5.1.1. This is the usual 20 Year Flying Star Chart. And this is the most used of the Xuan Kong concept. 5.2. Vertical Flying Star Feng Shui…

As I was a West group Kua 7, where main door facing North is not favorable, according to Ba Zhai i) Can I tweak the main door to face North East which is located in North, so that the main door direction is favorable to me? ii) Do I still enjoy the Flying Star double 8 in my North 2 facing house, should my main door located in North has been alter to face North East? These are some of the considerations: 1. Assuming most of us have a working life-span of 40 to 50 years; most of us only get to see or experience an actual change of qi 2 or the most 3 times of such an occurrence in our life. (Flying star qi changes every 20 years). 1.1. Thus, frankly, best to take a pinch of salt if anyone in the entire Feng Shui world or internet can be that accurate in saying that if one follows such and such a procedure; the success rate if high! 1.2. In fact, as mentioned under Para 1; even amongst Geomancers; it is considered like all talk or theoritical / symbolic how to change to a new period qi. 2. Thus, to be honest; many of us geomancers can't …

Most likely since you mentioned that your main door will be closed most of the time; then for purposes of calculating Flying Star(s); best to use the balcony facing direction, instead. (Where it is suppose to have the most yang qi (be it light and wind coming into the unit vs the main door)

1. Frankly, you have to ask yourself: How many bedrooms have you or have left? That you can accomodate your kid? 2. Or if you have a study and could change or swop the study to this room. 3. To minimize any issues; some prevention; try to avoid warm white lights in the bedroom and if possible avoid yellow curtains or bedsheets. 4. However, some ask: If I can't use bright yellow, then how? 4.1 So long as e.g. the bedsheet has all the primary colours: GREEN, BLUE (or BLACK), RED and YELLOW; 4.2 then if all these elements are present then just avoid the ceiling lights or lights within that bedroom in "warm white". 4.3 Thus use cool day lights in that room. The above is ju…

These are some of the considerations: 1. Yes, most Geomancers would have to agree that the refigeration is considered as the metal element. The rationale is that it is always "closed" most of the time. And in such a state; it is usually a boxed up "metallic" item. So far, no one has yet to leave the fridge door open all the time unless .... 2. Nowadays, there are designer fridge that uses tempered glass. In theory, glass especially tempered glass = metal element. 3. Thus, the bigger the fridge e.g. two huge doors; considered more the metal element especially in the kitchen. 4. Based on logic your statement is acceptable.

We know, everyone is so eager to jump in and practise Feng Shui. In particular, you must likely have generated a Flying star chart from somewhere. Honestly, for any new thing or subject.. you really have to "study" and understand them. Frankly, it is so easy to post a few lines to text.. but this Flying star thing, or knowledge does not and cannot drop down from the sky. If you intend to DIY, you really need to go learn it. or read up about it.. and this may take time. Reading is one thing, but understanding and applying it... is really another. Please note that this forum is only a catalyst and not a we do it for you nor spoon feeding .... Just imagine.. for a baby, h…

This is one of the situations where; perhaps; you really need an expert to be there ON-SITE to do a judgement call. Especially since the new owner(s) are perplexed with the period since you have plotted every of the relevant period chart. Unfortunately, such a huge chunk or mass of words, sentences... can't give a clue, here. "Let's be physicial" = ONSITE : especially the human sight & smell...

These are some considerations: 1. Shapes and Forms prevail over flying stars. Thus, it depends! 2. The main concepts need to be considered before one can "condemn" a home based purely on the "stars". 2.1. Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. In order to determine how "bad" the situation really is. In many homes, even if as what you have described; one has to look at the overall and not just based on one or two things and speculate that it is really, really that bad?2.2. Fix-the-Leak, First! Easily three or more major problems. For many homes, even if there is even one or "two" leaks, usually most homes can sustain such issues 2.3. The Concept of Maximizin…

The inauspicious earth 2 is the water star. This is killed/neutralised by (mountain) wood 3. As a result wood 3 is exhausted in the above equation. Thus, one can place a yin metal cure for this sector. Or rather, on average: metal is the most appropriate cure for this sector.

For such a layout plan, usually best to use the "rudimentary" low-tech method :- 1. photo copy the layout 2. paste it on a card-board 3. cut-out the outline of the unit 4. Try to balance it with a piece of nail or pin the aim is to "try" to find the centre-of-gravity (or centrepoint)

Hello! I have recently purchased a Flying Star FengShui report for helping me find a house and understanding the different influences of each sector. Our house is built during the 20-year reigning period 6 (1964-1983) and is facing due North at 360 degrees. According to my BaZhi, this is a house that has ideal frontage for me. But the Flying Stars seem to say differently. My questions: 1. If the North-facing housing is ideal for me, then how this sector be very bad for me, according to the 20-year Flying Star report? Should I not purchase any houses facing North at 360 degrees, which are built between 1964-1983? 2. Our bedroom is in the SOUTHWEST secto…

Hello, You mention to consider Flying stars at the frontage. For Period 9, West facing houses from 247.5 - 262.5 degrees (W1) have double 9's star at the frontage, but over 262.5 degrees (W2-3) there are stars 5 and 4 which aren't an auspicious combination. Is it possible to build a house changing front door facing to the W1 even though the land is facing W2-3 direction? Thanks for your reply.

Hi master, can you help me to determine my house facing? I'm confused because we enter mainly through the garage (blue arrow) and enter through the home via "back door." The actual front door is indicated by the red arrow but is mainly just for show to upkeep the neighborhood looks. We use it sometimes but since the garage is in the back, it's more practical to use the back. Does this change the facing? Thank you!

Hello, I have a question for the master: If the apartment is built in 1985, (east 3 facing) the first move (mother-in-law + my husband) was in 1986, the last renovation is now 2021, which is the energy period (birth stars) of the apartment, my mother-in-law (kua2) and my husband (kua 7) moved in 1986, I (kua 1) moved in 2004, our little girl was born in 2008 (kua 5), The apartment block was refurbished on the outside in 2019, and we want to renovate the interior of the apartment now in 2021, just change the doors and windows, and paint the walls white. What period should I follow, ie does the initial period of the apartment remain - period 7, or period 8, when the daughte…

Is my Period 8 house still lucky from 2024 till 2043? Period 8 N2 & N3 Better luck under Period 9. 1. Generally, this house will enjoy better luck from 2024 till 2043 as by then the frontage at North has the auspicious current prosperity WS #9 at it's frontage. 2. Equally good if either the Master bedroom or the Living Room is at NE. 3. If bedroom is at NW, need to disarm #2 = sickness with #5 = misfortune/sickness. 4. Good also if dining or living room / bedrooms located at West &/or SW = #1 coming prosperity wealth star. N2 & N3 TEMPLATE SAMPLE 1 1. From 2024 till 2043, Current Prosperity Wealth luck is…

Is my Period 8 house still lucky from 2024 till 2043? Period 8 NE1 Less lucky under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan. 1. Under Period 8 frontage has the auspicious #8. But under Period 9 this #8 becomes past prosperity. 2. The #2 = sickness will then be dominant at the frontage. Be careful of health issues. Fortunately, this #2 is not as potent at #5 as found at the frontage under P8 NE 2/3. 3. North = Good to be the living room or a bedroom. 4. West = Good to have the front door here. 5. South = 1st choice is front door at West. But not too bad if front door is located, here. TEMPLATE +…

Is my Period 8 house still lucky from 2024 till 2043? Period 8 NE2 & NE3 Take extra care of health issues from 2024 onwards. 1. The tide has turned for worse for NE2/NE3 facing homes = Expect health issues. 2. This is because under Period 9, NE #8 weakens however #5 misfortune/sickness strengthens! 3. Expect health issues! 4. Good if bedrooms or living room / dining falls in the East and South. TEMPLATE NE2 & NE3 +++ SAMPLE 1 Oh Dear! 1. Unit very unsuitable to breadwinner 2. Kitchen at Inauspicious Fire at Heaven's Gate 3. Interior Feng Shui has #2 sickness at the Frontage, today! …
