Hi, Please read below:- It is not only the years, but the direction of the main door which determines whether a house is good or bad. The Eight House can only be used as a guide and is best to suit the breadwinner of the house. The other alternative is to trust your own personal instinct. Do you often have this kind of feeling that when you enter a certain house, you just do not feel comfortable? That is you own personal instinct. Which in most cases should be pretty ok. As I have always mentioned, the theories can do so far to help, what is more important you like the place, and then after you have selected the place, check it out with the various tools to help…

Hi, Apologise for the late reply, as this mail is sent anonymous and does not reach my mailbox. Please read below:- The problem with Flying Star, is that it is complex, and not a secret. The complexity that it can be used and the level of detailed reading that can be done by it is what makes it difficult to understand. But that is also why it is so powerful. For beginners or those looking for an easy path, the Eight House was created for that purpose. But because of that it can only do that much. That depends on the object themselves and what they are being used for. If you look at it, based on feng shui, what is good for one person is not necessary good for the …

Dear Jason, Please read below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'flying-star' suppressed suppressed> Date: Friday, June 25, 1999 10:23 AM Subject: Flying Star 'Numbering' Flying Star is the most complicated theory compared to other theories such as Eight House or other theories. It also contains lots of various conditions which you need to understand before you can analyse the theories properly. It is because of this complexity, that we have converted our knowledge of Flying Star into a computerized Flying Star module to help users easily apply this theory into a person's life. Dear Rose, Please read below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'flying-star' suppressed suppressed> Date: Tuesday, June 29, 1999 8:16 PM Subject: Desperate for Cures -Reply Actually, in my eariler message I already mentioned, that the coins itself are metal, in addition to that using 6 coins also represent Strong Metal, so these are sufficient for cures. Do not need to specially find Chinese coins. The logic in using the coins are above. Not so much the Chinese Coin concept. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Further to my earlier mail, please note that it should instead be:- No, re-hanging some pictures or moving some plants is not considered `renovations' in assessing the Flying Star date of birth of a house. Thanks. Cecil

Dear Glyn, There are no known written documentation on the use of water beds. However, I remembered one or two FS Practioners/Masters are not infavour of the use of the water bed. Perhaps, this is a general comment by them. In my opinion, I am not infavour of a water bed. Not sure why... maybe I have not slept on one before. However, do take note that a circular bed is considered not auspicious or two single beds joined together. Personally, I don't see why you should use water, I think that Metal will again be the best solution. Because both stars are inauspicious so the priority is to reduce all inauspicious influence. Dear Rose, Please read below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'flying-star' suppressed suppressed> Date: Tuesday, May 25, 1999 2:43 PM Subject: Meanings of the Base Star Numerals The problem with this lies in the fact there is a rule set that the current period number say (7) takes preceedence in which it controls the star 7. That means that say in period 3, 3 controls star 3, therefore any inauspicious period is removed. Period 3 becomes the current prosperity. However, the rest of the stars remains unchanged. This is because, the fixed default in the San Yuan Di Li Theory (60 Cycles), states that normally for the initial part of …

i just read a message asking about competition in schools for anyone born in the year of the tiger, i was born on 1950, so it has been a long time since i was in school. and as far as the question of competition goes, i dont remember feeling any pressure from it, but maybe it is more because of my personality, i really didnt care. i never felt i was competing at all with anyone. but i would be interested to know what the article for the newspaper is focusing on. pam

Dear Betty, Sorry, can you clarify what you mean by a `Fire' house i.s. I suppose the main entrance is South facing? or are you refering to the Roof and thus consider it a Fire house. A hexagonal shaped fountain is symbolic of the water element and it is acceptable to place the fountain on the lefthand side of the house. As for the number of kois, 9 is acceptable (even if you are not considering the number of kois as equivalent to your personal element e.g. 9 fishes represent the metal element). In general, without considering your personal element and strength, the above looks ok to me. Warmest Regards, Cecil -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients …

Dear Rose, Please read below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'flying-star' suppressed suppressed> Date: Saturday, May 22, 1999 10:42 AM Subject: Re: Flying Star Computation Method So, to determine the Base Star, we only need the completion date (or last major renovation date) of the house. e.g. 1964-1983, period 6, reigning # is 6 1984-2003, period 7, reigning # is 7 Don't we have to take into consideration the period of interest? For example, for House A built in period 6, it might be an auspicious house during period 6 itself, but became inauspicious in period 7 and 8. When analysing House A for period 6, we use reigning number 6…

For Feng Shui BALANCE is the most important. However, it is not possible to achieve TRUE balance, so at best you want some influence of each element to bring you in balance. So far, I have yet to encounter all the various combinations in real life, so unable to give you much comments here, especially relating to the 10 combination. However, in my research, I did come across many FS master providing this similar combination which produces good influences. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Rose, Yes, I am particularly impressed with your keen observation which if we look at it, belongs more to Yang. As a more `Yin' person I feel is less likely to `notice' such errors. Robert will credit you and privately e-mail you for a second credit to allow you to generate the two directions. As for a person who is more Yin or more Yang, this belongs to a very exciting field of other Chinese Yin and Yang theories which include food. For example, cooking techniques e.g. smoking fish etc.., baking stewing and deepfrying are more towards Yang and uncooked food, steaming are more Yin. Chinese culture is vast and later on, we will also go into such areas and even I-Ching…

Dear Rose, Please read below:- So long as the backing of the Mountain Star is a solid wall, it is ok. You cannot activate the Mountain Star if there is a windows below or very near the wall which you are trying to put the obtain with mass. Nope. So long as there is a wall, because what that wall itself is like a mountain. Solid foundation. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Rose, Can you do another compass reading again to confirm whether it is N1 or NW3. It is essential that you get the direction correct. Hope you understand. If it is NW3, we can always reset the credit and allow you to re-gen the report. Currently from 1984-2003 is period 7, if your existing building is built this period, then the addition will still fall under period 7. If yours is the period 6, then the change will result in changing your existing apartment to period 7. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Bill, Any additions e.g. installing French windows would not change the birth date. Yes, Feng Shui is very symbolic and painting the entire ceiling would suggest that the birthdate will change. This technique is used by an expert Feng Shui practioner. A "novice" FS practioner may likely ask you to literally remove the entire roof and put it back. Another example of Feng Shui is Sha. One principle is that if you cannot see it, it no longer can harm the household. For example if one can see a pointed corner of another house aimed at your window, if you install a blind or use a thick curtain and cannot see it, the Sha no longer becomes a threat. Warmest Regards, Cecil -…

Dear Rose, Please read below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'flying-star' suppressed suppressed> Date: Thursday, May 27, 1999 10:24 PM Subject: Flying Stars Book/Course Actually, that is one of the rule set. However, many other books like myself finds that the two stars interaction is very important. It oftens tells you the type of problem that would occur from the interactions. The two stars, one being mountain star and the other being water star, are the essence of the flying star. They are the stars which moves around creating a different influence each time they come together. That is why it is more important to look at the t…

Dear Eve, Further to my earlier message, I forgot to mention the most important point is that is the Year Chart mentioned earlier is only using the Base ( Luo Shu Sqaure ) for this year only. However, the personalised Luo Shu Chart of a house takes into consideration two stars above the number. For example, as we know that this is currently period 7, and from the example below (not a real one but a sample):- 5 3 7 Here, there is a base number and on top of it, No. 5 and No. 3. In the personalised Flying Star Chart, we need to compare the `mountain' and `water' star with each other. When there is a good match, and depending on the interpretation of the two stars, this i…

Firstly, I like to establish that the NW and South you are referring to is not on the same topic as the Grand Duke. 2. What Lillian Too is referring is based on the Flying Star Theory. 3. The period referred to is this Lunar year and it starts from 16 February 1999 to 4 February 2000 (and not at the end of 31 December 1999). 4. What she has done was to draw a Flying Star Chart for the Year 1999 (Year of the Rabbit). This is what the Flying Star Chart she is referring to:- North = Star 6, A…
