1. Please note the the Eight House concept is more useful when we are trying to select which home to purchase. 2. Once, we are "stuck" with a specific home and trying to apply the Eight House concept; then; all these become "NICE-to-have" and not a "MUST-have". 3. For example, once we have either stayed in a specific home or are going to occupy the home; one cannot change where the bedrooms are. If the bedrooms are all in the North, South, SE or East sectors; then in the first instance; how to "MUST-have"sleep in a good sector. 4. If it is nearly impossible to do so; then again it would be "NICE-to-have" sleep with the head facing a good direction. 5. Thus; overall, …

Got it. Now I just need to decide whether I have an N1 or an N2 facing period 7 house, my compass readings are inconsistent. Both however do have the 2ms 3ws 7ps at the center. Thank you for being so accommodating and for being a great teacher.

1. In my opinion, you may have missed out a fundamental or critical "success factor" in the quest for a "Perfect or near perfect or excellent home":- 1.1 Reference: http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Want_to_build_your_dream_home%3F Under Para b. Usually there are three exit points of drainage that will bring good luck to a home. And he/she should advise you on each of the exit points and even how the water / drainage show flow e.g. left to right or right to left - out of the plot of land. 2. For example:- 2.1 Landed Property Water/Drain Exit Point Flying Star facing Direction:(One of the facing directions: not for NW2 or NW3) Default Water Direction: Left to Ri…

1. Based on your most recent description; there don't seem to be any threat from the tall building (or condo). 2. Frankly, the concept of "You stay there; we don't" or "Someone stays there; we don't applies!" 2.1. Thus, please put on the "thinking cap" or alternatively apply Commonsense (or cow-sense) Fung Sway: "Whyinthe hell do we want to place an irritating piece of wind chime in our bedroom?".Frankly, no offense; it simply makes no sense; at all. 2.2. On the contrary; from a Feng Shui point of view; look-here:`a wind chime' is not the only mother of all Feng Shui tools: there can be sucha thing as a silent objectsuch as those conVEX mirror sort of thing. But, please, …

In my opinion; such adjectives could be used for such a situation: 1. "At the mercy" 2. "No more buffer" 3. "Borderline case" or "Scraped through" 4. "Dicy" 5. This one more positive: "Optimistically hopeful" 5.1 Why? Due to time dimensions; Month, Day, Hour, Minute.. and where additional "FRIENDS" such as stars #5, #2 and #9 flies into that sector... then how to honestly call it "still auspicious?"... 5.2 Sometimes... one could even subsitute: "still auspicious" to "on the fringe of turning bad"

Question: "Please help me, if you please on this theory subject. How should make my calculations if I want to take into account the month star for a particular month? 1) easiest way: I cancel the year star and substitute with month star and make element calculation with the base star. 2) first I have to make the element calculation between month and year star and only after this I can make element calculations with base star. Or maybe at the end it’s the same thing? Thanks!!!"

Dear Duc Lu, Please read below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'flying-star' suppressed suppressed> Date: Tuesday, March 23, 1999 12:48 PM Subject: Re: Conditional Interactions elements are different. But on the other hand, given Weak Water and Weak Wood, Weak Water is not able to strengthen Wood that much, also on the opposite end, Wood also exahust Water in order to produce Wood. So both will still remain weak. They should still have some Metal, because Metal will help Strengthen Water, which by then is no longer strong enough to harm Wood. In return, the strengthened Water would then help the Wood bringing both elements into ba…

Dear Vivian, Apologise for the late reply. Was checking the forum for any unanswered mails and this message was found. In fact, the issue is not solely about specific numbers; rather, it pertains to the inter-relationships among the elements and the strengths of each star in relation to one another. This process is quite intricate when determining the relationships between two stars and becomes even more complicated when analyzing three stars. Nevertheless, the analysis does not typically conclude there, as it is necessary to cross-reference this information with yearly data and subsequently with monthly data, culminating in a five-star analysis. For a two-…

Dear Rose, Please read below:- So long as the backing of the Mountain Star is a solid wall, it is ok. You cannot activate the Mountain Star if there is a windows below or very near the wall which you are trying to put the obtain with mass. Nope. So long as there is a wall, because what that wall itself is like a mountain. Solid foundation. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

For Feng Shui BALANCE is the most important. However, it is not possible to achieve TRUE balance, so at best you want some influence of each element to bring you in balance. So far, I have yet to encounter all the various combinations in real life, so unable to give you much comments here, especially relating to the 10 combination. However, in my research, I did come across many FS master providing this similar combination which produces good influences. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Rose, Please read below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'flying-star' suppressed suppressed> Date: Wednesday, May 26, 1999 3:07 PM Subject: Re: Which is the correct cure? Personally, I don't see why you should use water, I think that Metal will again be the best solution. Because both stars are inauspicious so the priority is to reduce all inauspicious influence. Where did you obtain this information? ------> Source of Info: pg 62 of Lillian Too's Flying Star Feng Shui. I believe she was concentrating on only the base 2 mountain 3 combination. Isn't thar dangerous to analyze the situation only partially? Yes, books are l…

Dear Tiong Tuan, ong tiong tuan wrote: If i m not gg to do any major renovation,it will still be under period 7.So is period 7 flying star chartstill applicable? If no, what shd i do? Generally, if you bought a period 7 house and do not do any major renovation, it is likely that the house will retain the period 7 house luck unless the previous owner have flown it over to new period. So sometimes this can be hard to say for sure. Of course, if not sure the best way is to always check if the current house luck suits the house or not. If it does, best to try to fly the house luck over to the new period. This will often eliminate any doubts you may have. ong tiong tuan wrot…

Dear Ng, Please read below:- Hi Robert, Thanks for your reply. My personal element is earth, not too sure whether is weak or strong. Date of birth : 25-Nov 1970 @ Singapore. Any different whether I'm a weak or strong earth person? In fact, I do have a fish Yes, there is a difference. A) weak earth for example favours Fire and dislike Wood. B) strong earth for example favours Metal and dislike Fire. This also means that the luck period for the year also varies due to the difference. Also, many other analysis will differ as the favourable and unfavourable elements are totally different. For example a weak wood is like a small tree, easily broken so need constant ass…

If you re-read my reply to you Joe, you will see that I have mentioned how to activate the mountain stars. The water or wealth stars are #7 for this current period, then # 8 and # 9. Again, like the mountain they must fit certain criteria. Ideally, a Water star should be where there is activity - preferably in an entry, near a window. No good if the star is locked away in a bedroom or some quiet area. Activating a water star depends on the other elements that go to make up the stars in the particular sector.Your own personal element and its strength or weakness must also be considered when activating stars. Cecil or Robert will comment on the Report question you have. Gly…

Dear Anon, 1. Please take note that, one of the main considerations in using a "window" to `replace' the main door is that light should be `brighter' coming from the window than say from the main door. This is where, it could be a likely candidate for the replacing the main door. 2. It is equally important that unlike an alternative door, where the house number can be affixed on it e.g. above that door or on the door itself. For a window spanning 6 or more feet, where than can be place the signage for the door? Is it at the centrepoint of the window or we`purposely' find like what you have mentioned the double 7 stars (provided, it exists around the sector). 3. Frankly, t…

Dear Alvin, Alvin Chua wrote: From what you havementioned, does it mean that the 7 is still timely in a period 7 house even though we have entered into period 8 now? Until you fly the house to a period 8 house luck, the period 7 house will still retain the period 7 as the current luck period. However, star 7 will revert back to the robbery status while the luck will also start to fade as the current period 8 luck becomes stronger. Hope that helps. Dear Bill, 1. As mentioned earlier, Feng Shui and Pillars of Destiny (overall) is about trying to increase one's Luck. 2. Under Feng Shui, there are several `compartments': 2.1 Shapes and Form 2.2 Compass School (Flying Star / Eight House) 3. Rather than going into a `vicious cycle', usually a holistic approach is needed under Feng Shui. 4. Here, instead of just merely looking at whether we have `tried' to increase or improve on a sector, one has to look that the whole house in total. 5. Usually, full audits are done to access the whole house. This is done for three reasons:- 5.1 To neutralise Sha Qi or poison arrows `aimed' at the house. And improve or enhance beneifi…

Dear Aj, Yes, personal Gua should be different from the `numbers' to the house i.e. Flying Star chart is done on the basis of each house with inputs required of the direction of the main entrance. Thus they should be different. The house number is to look at the birth chart of the house. While personal Gua is related to personal self. Warmest Regards, Cecil
