1. In my opinion, the renovations sounds "promising". 2. However, since you intend to do a flying star chart; it would be good to plot both Period 5 and Period 8 charts and/or focus on a specific chart e.g. Period 8. 3. Often, we will try to figure out which chart is more accurate. And hopefully see which is more accurate. 4. Attached is another method of working on e.g. a certain period but also playing the notation of other periods on the same chart. This makes it easier should we try to troubleshoot which chart is more accurate. For example, under the attachment; the home could either be a Period 6 or 7. And so happens that a sector we are looking at has both MS#4 an…

These are some of the considerations:- 1. Facing and Sitting directions 1.1. When applying the Flying Star Feng Shui; the first consideration are these two factors; in particular: the facing direction. 1.2. Thus, the most common approach under Flying Star is; firstly, find out what is the star at the "mouth" or = facing direction of a home. 1.3. Thus, in general; a home facing NE has the auspicious #1. This brings some auspiciousness. But as #1 is considered as the future (future) prosperity star; it is slower to realise for that year. 1.4. A home facing NW; would have the #8 at the frontage. 2. Thus, it especially depends on the facing direction. 3. Therefore, under the…

1. Sorry to hear about your situation. 2. Frankly, this changing of period is a 20 year affair. And even for most Feng Shui practitioners even if they start doing Feng Shui at the age of 18 years old; most likely they may only encounter such a change 3 times. (Lack experience in this area. In law, this is like "hear-say evidence" which cannot be admitted or counted type of thing). 3. Thus what I like to imply is that many practitioners even today, cannot agree with the definition of change of period. Even if there is some consensus, what we want is to see results if any and not talk or crossing fingers. You stay there, we (geomancers) don't. 4. The very conservative schoo…

Assuming that your "house" youare referrring to a landed property: if you have garden, the best solution(s) are: 1. Landscaping: 1.1. If it is soil and grass patch area, then you can outline a profile such that from a helicopter view; you can seen a distinct outline of the missing corner. 1.2 In addition, a lamp-post at the corner of this profile would be good. For example, nowadays, there are solar panel lightinings - canuse it instead of the troublesome laying ofpower cables to the lightning point. 2.Concrete or tiled area: 2.1. Make use of flower pots to go along the profile of the outline of the missing corner.

These are some of the considerations:- 1. A little knowledge or information is a dangerous thing. 2. One cannot eat and sleep on Flying Star alone. 3. Location, location, location. 4. It is fool hardy to post such a question and "demand" and answer like: WHY? 5. Don't you think that stating just a few lines and then imagine an answer just pops UP or OUT. 6. Do you know that an important ingredient missing here is things like what is the external picture like: many factors like, neighbours, frontage etc... 7. In the past, I mentioned that it is like; you barging into a doctors office and demand an answer! Just imagine, you did not go to the Triage which will investigate an…

Hi Master Lee, The Xuankong reports that my eight-one combination has [3] and [4] in my western corner and needs to be neutralized by Fire. However, my western corner is missing too, and I understand I need metal or earth to enhance the metal. Isn't there conflict in this case, because, if Fire is used as in eight-one combination, the missing corner elements metal and earth clash withthis fire?Sohow do onecompromise between these elements, or which element should I use? Regards

Although your question(s) is one paragraph long; in order to get the answers in detail; just imagine a duck swimming on a lake. Although the duck is seen swimming gracefully on water, but many are not aware of the tremendous effort the duck has to paddle vigorously with their web feet. Same goes, here.

These are some of the considerations:- 1. The superfical advice given by many Geomancers is : it is ok to tilt the door. However, care should be taken to determine the correct tilt! As tilting may be a double edged sword especially if it is tilted e.g. at an inauspicious angle. 2. Another method used by professional Geomancers is the placement of a piece of solid metal on the floor = but do take note that this is often used to correct say a direction is neither SE1 or SE2. 3. The more advanced or higher level "thinking" is that other then shapes and forms concern e.g. main door facing a stairs; such a tilt; especially for a landed property is only temporary. As often,…

1. External Feng Shui: Flying star e.g. using the pie chart method can extend from the building to it's external surroundings. 2. The basis of Flying Star Feng Shui is to try to find the most yang qi "facing" or facade and from this; plot out a flying star chart in relation to this flow of qi. 3. Even in many buildings, be it a full company or several business; even within a company; often the interior layout may be different. 4. Take a case of this MNC I am dealing with. They occupy two floors: and are going to start renovations on each floor. For example:they occupy : Levels 10 and 11. 5. Level 10 has a recreation area, accounting and finance, legal and IT and IT co…

1. In my opinion, you may have missed out a fundamental or critical "success factor" in the quest for a "Perfect or near perfect or excellent home":- 1.1 Reference: http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Want_to_build_your_dream_home%3F Under Para b. Usually there are three exit points of drainage that will bring good luck to a home. And he/she should advise you on each of the exit points and even how the water / drainage show flow e.g. left to right or right to left - out of the plot of land. 2. For example:- 2.1 Landed Property Water/Drain Exit Point Flying Star facing Direction:(One of the facing directions: not for NW2 or NW3) Default Water Direction: Left to Ri…

These are some of the considerations:- 1. In gambling e.g. in casino(s); much of your luck dependsboth on the "location" - no longer your home and in most instances weightage goes to the house. 2. For your own home; Yes, you can still try to squeeze out some luck: especially activating Mountain star #8 and even Water star #8 as these are your current prosperity stars. 3. In addition, since you are into"gambling" you need to consider disarming both #3 = quarrels, scandals, lawsuits ... and #7 "robbery" star i.e. robbed of opportunity to win each time. 4. If you can take note of the annual stars; it would be great. But usually, if the home has already been "balanced" o…

Appended by Cecil: graphics cannot be viewed... Hi, wonderful site. See attached photo please. I live on the 2nd floor top left.unit 31. facing South. my west is the woods. my entrance is SE. my back entrance is NE. How do the flying stars of the 6th period affect me? i see that #8 is in my west. should i enhance that for wealth? my #5 is the SE, should i avoid enhancing that for wealth? my daughter (snake 89) pictures are there. she is not doing good, is that partly the reason why? also having trouble winning at the casino for past year. I am dragon, 1952, 3pm, may 3. my wife is pig, 1947, 6pm, nov 16. I have put annual flying stars cures in the apt for 2010.…

1. Usually, a visual glanceat a chart is the safest bet. As can immediately see which sector qi has the most influence and also draw a mental picture of how qi can flow in that specific room. 2. In theory, based on what you had written; below; The NE sector looks "pretty" bad. Thus between the devil (NE) and the "shallow" North(not deep) blue sea; it would have to be the not so deep blue sea i.e. North Note: #2 = sickness; #4 = wood element (not as bad) #9 fire element fuels #2 (sickness) and there are two #2 and one #5 (Misfortune/sickness). If you refer to some Feng Shui books they will often say "avoid .... sleeping... here...) Libby I. wrote: My mom's room isdevi…

1. Frankly, there is no issue with maintaining existing lawn. 2. However, do take note:- 2.1 NO DIGGING - distrubing the soil e.g. to remove a tree stump... 2.2 NO PILING work 3. Trimming the grass; adding fertiliser or even the dog doing it's business or dog "watering" the lawn are acceptable - no hassle sort of thing. 4. No issue also for anyoneto walk, run, playall over the lawn or even double park another car on it. Acceptable.

1. Please note that symbolism is important. Thus if one does not use REAL water usually classified as "Yang water"; "Yin Water" in the form of a koi fish painting can represent the water element (or to be exact it is a combination of metal-water element.) The painting can be used instead of a "miserable" glass bowl - as it may be a breeding ground for mosquitoe lavae - still water. 2. Fire element can be represented by "lighting" instead of using the alternative red colour. For example, the most effective way of neutralising #3 bad wood is to turn on e.g. a red led light. 3. Thus the Five Elements Concept is very flexible in that one can use colours / colours with sha…

Appended by Cecil: Thanks for pointing out.. So sorry.. my fingers were too fast. Whatmissed out the NOT, below:- "2. The other alternative is a water feature (definitely NOT in a bedroom, store, toilet, kitchen etc) " Master Lee, Thx for the very helpful link :-) - I have read somewhere else that putting any water feature in BEDROOM is not good (maybe I misunderstand it because of lack of knowledge). Would you please briefly explain when it is allowed to put small water fountainin bedroom and when not? - Instead of Water Fountain that consists of all 5 elements, is it also allowed to use shape and form to represent 5 elements? e.g. painting the wall with soft blue colo…

1. Yes, Feng Shui is indeed an in-exact science. 2. In my opinion, water-mountain stars with it's 81 combinations are more widespread. And period is also considered under this overall assessment.

And one last question, you don't have to answer Which flying star combination (for the house number report) is better; mountain 7 & water 7 or mountain 7 & water 1 ? In the flying star report it says that 7 & 7 is very prosperous, though I tend to find 7 & 1 more appealing. So which is it? And I read somewhere that it is possible to change thehouse numberby adding another digit in clear nail polish. Is it true?

Honestly, it is difficult to comment on a few simple lines and say for sure which is the facing direction. Swathi C. wrote: dear masters! there is an apartment of period7 construction, with entrance as E2 FACING (gate) but the longer side and the apartment facing falls under N2 FACING.with a distance of 15feet there is another apartment constructed opposite to it.i think this opposite building working as a mountain.my questions: 1)am i right with my guessing. I have write-up explaining what is considered as the "mouth" of the home. One of the main factors under Flying Star is to see where is the most yang qi area. Since you are on the ground, you should the confidence t…

Yes, it is good to draw two several charts. And evaluate which chart seems more accurate. As you have cases of bad health, try to check to see which chart South or west2 seems more appropriate. Swathi C. wrote: dear masters! with respect to the efforts you made in developing this valuable informative site,as i am extremely happy to find it as heaven's bless for all the needy. i would prefer to ask you my doubt in flying star section,my question in brief is as follows: we recently entered a flat which is south2 facing(building +main entrance gates)as we proceed to inside ,the entrance is located almost central to the entire apartment, with west facing,(stairs and lift)wh…
