4 Good-Bad Directions/Eight House Suitability (Zai Yun)

Hello, My Ba Zi is strong yin Earth Dragon my favourable elements are metal, wood, and water. My kua is 3 my favourable directions are north, east, south, and south-east. South is my sheng chi direction but it is also a fire direction. My Ba Zi tells me I do not need anymore fire. So should I avoid choosing a south facing house? Should I choose a house that is favourable to both my Ba Zi and Kua or choose a house using only my Kua? Thank you.

Dear Master, I am Gua 8 and my husband is the same. as such our recommended facing should be NE, SW, W and NW. We just bought a house in SE, we like the house and it's location. It is a good land size, rectangular shape as well. Overall we thought it is the best we could find, until we realised the direction (facing SE towards the road) is not good for us. Please see attachment. House no. 22 Tosca Street. This house no. 22 Tosca Street has built a "buffer" at the house compound. For example, you can see the outline of the house with a generous compound at the location which may be affected by the T-junction. This house has built a buffer from the T-junction.

In my opinion, plot 14 may be more "vulnerable" to risks such as sha qi from the cul-de-sac etc...
