Under symbolism in Feng Shui; it is best not to have a "split" directly in the middle of just any "decorative" piece. If one looks carefully in this painting, one can see that it was made up of two paintings. And the line in the middle can directly be seen. (This is considered less than ideal)... Fortunately, this is very rare...

For some, it can be quite a nightmare taking compass readings as most built up areas have lots of embedded re-inforced steel bars - that will often cause the readings to differ greatly from various locations within a premises. Nowadays, especially in Singapore, which is close to the equator, the True north and magnetic north is the closest; one may consider using a tool like electronic maps from sites like: onemap.sg which uses the official govt. survey maps. Another useful tool is to purchase a good quality protractor. As all street maps both paper version and electronic automatically shows a layout in relation to North-South, try to look for the sitemap of the building.…

Always ask yourself, first. Has this to do with pure common sense? Rather than rubber-stamp it as pure Feng Shui? As this is a bungalow house and it's own compound. Some owners decide to plant a prickly plant at strategic locations like corner of the home to deter would-be thieves.

Tong Shu can be regarded as analogous to undergoing an X-ray. While Ba Zi dates can be likened to an MRI scan. Another perspective is that Tung Shu is comparable to a Bachelor's degree, whereas Ba Zi corresponds to a Master's degree. Both are viewed as degrees; however, a Master's degree is considered superior to a Bachelor's degree. These interpretations may shift if one assumes the role of a matriarch in a family, with a preference for the Tung Shu. If an individual is more inclined towards the Tung Shu, it is advisable to favor this approach and abandon the Ba Zi method if reconciliation is not possible or if one prefers the familiarity of the Tung Shu as the…

Question: "Dear Master Cecil Lee, Hi Master Cecil Lee, sorry to disturb you. I heard from my Chinese friend it is no good to move to the new house in September,is it true? because am planning to move in the month of September." Hi Cecil; For the main wooden door, is there any particular dimension like height or width that we need to watch out for?For the sliding or folding door at the patio to the living room, is the number of of door panels important? Reply: For the main door; in the past 1 room / 3 bedrooms and 4 & 5 bedrooms HDB's around the 1970's to early 1980's have door openings at 32". And plus the side frames it is a total of 35" If you want to tailor made a single door (or single with extra panel) then since the extra panel is rarely opened; the big door should range between 32" up to max of 35". Very hard to include the door frame if wood frame is used. (HDB usually use the thinne…

Location: Blossom Residences When determining the frontage of the house, one of the key considerations is whether the potential frontage has a natural light "bright hall" effect. Time photo taken was at 9am - bright sunshine outside. Here, these two units's main entrance door is dim = yin. And less likely to be considered as the frontage of the home(s). For these two units; the potential frontage should usually be standing inside the living room looking out of the balcony or if no balcony looking out of the windows. And if the rest of the bedrooms also overlook this direction; then this is the most likely frontage.

Nowadays, few go for such designs. But, the photos shows : 1. The partition panel uses traditional motifs. 2. Although some don't like the motifs e.g. circle enveloping a hexagram; these are still acceptable "safe" motifs or designs or patterns in a home

Previously, she has problems having children. After Feng Shui consulation, she had two lovely twins: a boy and a girl. Feng Shui cannot guarantee success. But, can help to further improve chances especially if there are any imbalances in one's home. Had another case, a client who stayed in Rosewood condo. (She happens to work for a company that uses my Feng Shui service). And after the consultation, managed to have a baby boy.
