Dear Betty, In general:- 1. Ideally, the death or disaster intangible force should not be located at the main entrance door for the breadwinner. 2. It is not as bad for the spouse assuming that she is not the breadwinner. 3. When we use the Eight House Theory, try to look at the `global picture' i.e. not only the main entrance door but the bedrooms for each of the member of the family. Ideally, your bedroom should not have the death/disaster also. This is equally important as you are most likely to spent at least 8 hours at this location per day. Ideally, the main entrance and bedrooms should be one of the 4 auspicious intangible forces. Here, if you have children, you sh…

Appended by Cecil Lee: After reading the above article, does anyone know whether is there any relevance to Feng Shui? Make a guess.. Source & Credit: Todayonline.com http://www.todayonline.com/Voices/EDC120423-0000044/All-open-spaces-should-not-be-part-of-floor-area All open spaces should not be part of floor area Letter from Kelvin Chan Yong Meng 04:45 AM Apr 23, 2012 I refer to the letter "Air-con ledges should not be part of floor area" (April 16) and agree that unusable floor areas such as air-conditioner ledges should be removed from the total floor area of units sold. The authorities should also look at the trend of even larger, unusable spaces that have be…

For Sol Acres Group Buy: Your key collection may clash with the Qing Ming period. When going upstairs to your unit: 1. Tell the handover staff that you will be the one to first opening the door. 2. Prepare the pineapple. And hubby opens the du oor and yells "Ping an fa cai and Huat" 3. Leave the pineapple as it is. And wait for the inspect to complete and the staff leave. This is on a first-come-first serve basis:- 4. I will usually sit outside. And when staff leave; help you outside with the procedure until complete. P.S. If have problems retrieving your combined auspicious dates; Feel free to contact Cecil Lee @97853171. T…

Dear All, I can recall many instances where, I was asked to resurvey homes that were earlier assessed a year or two back. In many of such situations, there were at least two or more leaks that were either not detected earlier or fixed or avoided since majority of these homes were undergoing major renovations. This had caused financial distress to the occupants of these homes. For example:- 1. One owner was made to paint his entire house pink! A confirmation of his and his wife's element says that the fire element `pink' is a bad colour for the husband - breadwinner. They were told to close off the main door of their bedroom. And had to enter their master bedroom from an…

Please refer to this recent link: http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=31370&new= Which I added the following advice to another user:- === START == Further to what I had mentioned earlier, you could perhaps see if any of the following helps or not:- (In no correct order) 1. If you do apply some cures: The Customer Engineer Concept 2. Fix-the-Leak, First! Often your apartment should have at least two or easily three major issues. You really need to find out the correct issues or problems. Most common mistake is to take the easy way out and be taken in into buying useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. This is like for s…

Is it ok in feng shui perspective if we decide to buy 2nd hand bed frame, chairs & electric appliances? This is not Feng Shui. More to individual considerations... for such things do check with parents for their opinion P.S. In the past many homes have a matriarch have the final say.

We humans if given room on the bed would often toss and turn and even sleep with head facing different directions. In theory, this baby's best bed-head direction should/could/may face North. But do you really want to implement it to make sure that the baby "faces" north for sure?

Majority of the time, it is acceptable to have a water position at the FRONTAGE. The main reason is based on pure common sense. Whenever we have a pool of water or a water position: it simply implies that nothing else can be built on-top of or above this water position. If so, it allows for unobstructed view or clear space = bright hall effect. Which is advantages for the "collection" or accumulation of qi or allowing simply for better flow of AIR.

Dear Stephanie, Currently, with the limited information available, it is difficult to ascertain if it is a haunting. 1. Perphaps whether it is possible to find out a little about the history of the room? If it is not the room but the land the dorm was built... any clues available. 2. As you have not mentioned which country her school is, as some Chinese `methods' may not be able to be applied effectively to other religions. If there is indeed a real `haunting' and the location is the Far East, the school usually asks a priest or if it is a Catholic/Christian school a `brother' or a pastor to perform some rites to cleanse the place. This is the most effective method. 3. Al…

1. Feng Shui is natural and influenced by qi from the earth (magnetism). 2. However, if one of these two things come into being:- 2.1. For some, when you enter a home and suddenly feel a sudden cold (mostly in dim areas) e.g. closet or attic area. 2.2. When one carry a compass and the compass needle goes hay-wire; 3. When a home has been possed; you can count out Feng Shui as such influences will superseed the Feng Shui of a place. Thus, under such circumstances, it is best to call for help from another field: especially priests. 4. The idea here is that Feng Shui can be over-ridden by other "stronger" forces beyond the natural! 5. For us Geomancer, usually once th…

1.IsBlock 508B stack #66 considered as a block at a "T-junction". 2. Yes, technically, this Block 508B is at a "T-junction". 3. But one should ask a further question: Is the T-junction a concern for stack #66? 4. Based on Common sense and "crime scene" enactment. 4.1. Try to imagine the country one is in. Right or left-hand drive? 4.2. Next, draw an indication of which side a road a vehicle would normally move along say Yishun Street 81 towards the junction between Yishun St 81 and Yishun Ave 4? 4.3. Please see attachment. 4.4. The red line(s) and arrow shows an imaginary situation if a vehicle plows through Yishun St 81 and straight towards Block 508B stack 66. 4…
