  2. As mentioned earlier, a great feature of Bogus Feng Shui is the rampant sales of highly marked up commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Some people are already burdened with problems or in a vicious cycle of poverty or stress related issues. And these Bogus Feng Shui marketers have no qualms in pushing these products. Leading to some poor guys and gals into a black-hole of no return. Remember this: WHEN THE BUYING STOPS, THE SELLING CAN!

  3. They say, light travels in a straight line. Can sha qi flow in a straight line? How? Did you follow the YELLOW LINE?

  6. Appended by Cecil Lee: After reading the above article, does anyone know whether is there any relevance to Feng Shui? Make a guess.. Source & Credit: Todayonline.com http://www.todayonline.com/Voices/EDC120423-0000044/All-open-spaces-should-not-be-part-of-floor-area All open spaces should not be part of floor area Letter from Kelvin Chan Yong Meng 04:45 AM Apr 23, 2012 I refer to the letter "Air-con ledges should not be part of floor area" (April 16) and agree that unusable floor areas such as air-conditioner ledges should be removed from the total floor area of units sold. The authorities should also look at the trend of even larger, unusable spaces that have be…

These are some considerations:- 1. A house or two houses at a T-junction e.g. House marked as "X" and "Y" is within the range of a T-junction. 2. In this example, it is based on simply Common sense. Thus simply it is called Common sense Feng Shui. 2.1. Thus even without the term Feng Shui, it can easily be explained thru common sense. 3. The key lies with this sentence: " A moving vehicle going in a straight-line especially if there is a mechanical failure e.g. brakes locked up or the driver's feet got jammed on the fuel paddle etc.. or even a drunkard ... cannot stop the vehicle". 4. Thus if a vehicle ploughs straight into a home; the most likely senario is that of Sena…

Please see illustration showing two common practises or options: 1. Option 1: Many Geomancy Practitioners recommend this method i.e. the placement of a hulu as shown in the attached. 2. Option 2: Practical approach, today. If the kitchen/service yard has a casement window; the window is either fully closed or open-to the max at around 45 degrees or less. 3. Frankly, personally, I am not in favour of installing a roller blind as a partition. As often, it moves when windy and can eventually get dusty. And I would not want to have my face touch such blinds as in time, it will be covered by dirt and even bacterial or germs.

You wrote: I am new to fengshui but i like to seek some advice from you about new house. 1. Is it appropriate for a property to have a protruding wall directly outside the bedroom door? If not, what can be done? In my opinion, quite a lot of "issues" has it's origins in common sense then Feng Shui. And because it is common sense, some may not see the association and then proclaim it to be related to (or in the name) of Feng Shui. For example; why common sense? Here, one must use some imagination: How often we see someone running or dashing out of a door (be it a room or even a bedroom). And instead of running into an open h, the child could not stop in time or the floor…

  11. 1. Nowadays, there is a concern of bird flu or those N1H1 type of disease. 2. Again, the architect or pool designer got it all wrong! 3. Such wall features encourage birds = bird baths. 4. For just a few minutes, I have seen at least 8 to 12 birds attracted to the wall water spouts. And a few even flap their wings and wash themselves on these "bird baths". 5. Don't get me wrong. It looks "nice". But, nowadays with the dreaded bird flu; we don't want their flu to be actively passed to us humans. What more from a shared facility. 6. Here, it is odd that we were advised to wash ourselves first before jumping into the pool; to reduce the incidence of disease; here, these bir…

Nowadays, few go for such designs. But, the photos shows : 1. The partition panel uses traditional motifs. 2. Although some don't like the motifs e.g. circle enveloping a hexagram; these are still acceptable "safe" motifs or designs or patterns in a home

  14. Begin by mapping out the Nine sectors and determining the most suitable purposes for each. This analysis should also consider the optimal drainage system for the property.

Question: "Dear Master Cecil Lee, Hi Master Cecil Lee, sorry to disturb you. I heard from my Chinese friend it is no good to move to the new house in September,is it true? because am planning to move in the month of September." Reply: This phenomenon is primarily associated with Chinese culture, as the seventh lunar month is regarded by the Chinese as the 'Ghost Month'. During this period, it is believed that ghosts and spirits are liberated from the lower realm and permitted to wander freely on our physical plane. The commencement of the seventh lunar month occurs on the following dates: Western: July 27, 2014 (Sunday); Lunar…

I will take note of your auspicious house areas when building my new house. Again, thank you for your reply D M

Under symbolism in Feng Shui; this sharp arrow-tips are less then ideal: as sharp pointed arrow-tips are considered as poison arrows. Thus, if can avoid; best to avoid such arrow-tips at one's main door area.

  20. 1. Under Flying Star Feng Shui, one has to correctly identify the?Temporary Occupational Licence (T.O.P. date) 2. For HDB flats: the valuation report does not say "T.O.P." but rather "Lease commence date". 3. But recently, some evaluation report says "Tenure" For example: 99 years leasehold with effect from 1 July 2012. 4. See sample TWO attachments. 4.1 Anyway, call it TOP, lease commencement date or Tenure.. all are one and the same meaning. 5. For now, until 2024 onwards..all Singapore HDB flats will have to come under one of these three choices:- [??? ]? 1964 to 1983? (Period 6) #6 was the wealth star [??? ]??1984 to 2003? (Period 7) #7 also past prosperity sta…

Question: No choice to put dining table in the middle of the living room as it is small. ?Just hope that it is not an issue as it is right in front of the altar? Reply: The suggested layout is acceptable. However, for practical considerations, the dining table is positioned directly in the center of the living room; it is uncertain whether this arrangement obstructs movement, particularly for elderly individuals. As previously mentioned, numerous landed properties with an altar have it oriented towards the dining table: Please refer to the attached document. You will observe that the altar is frequently situated in the area indicated by the red …

  22. HDB Punggol Edge & dim main door entrance area 1. Nowadays with better cameras on phones; the corridor photos does not actually reflect the true "darkness" at these corridors leading towards each unit's entrance. 2. Even with the lights turned on at the corridor; one can still see a hint of darkness outside the main door entrances of these flats. 3. In such a situation and also with such a narrow; the main door should not be considered as the frontage. The development:- http://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/14931-feng-shui-of-hdb-punggol-edge/#comment-32191

Water classics and water courses Photo taken from Block 194B Just T.O.P. Skyline I looking towards block 182 Bukit Batok. There is a world of difference if water flows to the blue or to the red arrows to the stacks marked as A of the block in the photo as well as the side stacks eg. Blk 194B where I had taken the photo from. Sometimes water may flow backwards if the canal is at the mouth of a river due to tidal influences. So far I have observed that mostly this canals water flows towards the blue arrow...
