Whenever one looks at proposed layout plans for a home that has more than one storey high: 1. Always superimpose the 2nd storey layout onto the ground floor layout and vice-versa. 1.1. For the ground floor layout; always check that the 2nd storey toilet(s) especially the sewerage pipe and WC is not directly any "important" areas like : directly above the main entrance, above the dining table and/or above a bed and/or the kitchen stove and/or above an altar. 1.2.
