Frequently, when a mirror is positioned directly beneath an air conditioner, it is possible for the air conditioning unit to leak water, which can subsequently harm the mirror(s). The mirrors possess coatings that are applied to the back to create the characteristic "mirror" reflection. These mirrors are affixed to a piece of plywood prior to being mounted on the wall. The plywood itself is also capable of absorbing moisture. In Singapore, the humidity levels often exceed 60 percent. Alternatively, an air conditioner may direct cold air onto the surface of the mirror, leading to potential flaking of the mirror. It is important to note that the mirrors …

Here are some considerations. 1. Please refer to attached photo: 1.1. Marking "A" is the house on the left side. While Marking A1 is the fencing of house A. 1.2. Marking "B" is the house on the right side. While Marking B1 shows the house B having a concrete wall. 2. This ONE-WAY street has two lanes: One lane for vehicles turning left. And another lane for vehicles turning to the right. 3. Both houses avoided their main gate directly facing the straight path of the one-way street. 4. The red dotted line is the imaginary line if a vehicle could have loss control and veer into either homes. 5. Overall, house B did a great job by placing the concrete high wall. House A ai…

You can always say add some screen or divider to block the direct sha. Are you the breadwinner of the house? Yes, a good star in the room is also ok, because it can works in either main door or a bedroom. However, if it is located exactly where your main door is you will enjoy additional luck for the entire household. Since you have a mountain star, please …

Clocks are considered `objects' of activity. It is best placed at locations of activity such as near to TV sets or hi-fi. More about clocks: 1. Do not place it above any door. 2. Unless it is used to neutralise poision arrows, you should not place it facing a window or a door. 3. Do not give a clock to a friend. Chinese consider this bad luck. 4. Do not let a clock face a stove. 5. Do not let a clock face a bed. 6. Do not let a clock face an altar. A clock is another `tool' used to deflect sha qi or poison arrow and it does not do good for it to face a bed or a stove. Warmest Regards, Cecil

  9. Dear Chris Ng, Apologise for the late response. I was going through all the forum message and found this still unanswered. You need to relate the elements and then do a full detailed analysis based on element strengths and the good and bad stars. This is a very complex analysis which has been taken care of in the latest Flying Star report analysis. If the combinations are good, then the sector is good. Otherwise you have to cure them. This has to do with the direction of the door and which sub-sector it falls under. Then taking into account if it is yin or yang and apply it to the stars. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Question: No choice to put dining table in the middle of the living room as it is small. ?Just hope that it is not an issue as it is right in front of the altar? Reply: The suggested layout is acceptable. However, for practical considerations, the dining table is positioned directly in the center of the living room; it is uncertain whether this arrangement obstructs movement, particularly for elderly individuals. As previously mentioned, numerous landed properties with an altar have it oriented towards the dining table: Please refer to the attached document. You will observe that the altar is frequently situated in the area indicated by the red …

View Current Poll Results [Below, Cross-posted from the Chinese Culture forum] There are two versions to the legend of the Three-legged toad:- 1. A Chinese Immortal Lui Hai was said to live in the era of the Sung dynasty in the province of Shensi. For just a few minutes, I have seen at least 8 to 12 birds attracted to the wall water spouts. And a few even flap their wings and wash themselves on these "bird baths". 5. Don't get me wrong. It looks "nice". But, nowadays with the dreaded bird flu; we don't want their flu to be actively passed to us humans. What more from a shared facility. 6. Here, it is odd that we were advised to wash ourselves first before jumping into the pool; to reduce the incidence of disease; here, these bir…

Dear Users, Before I elaborate on the Feng Shui Trap, it is very common for many of us to fall prey to purchasing a fountain, wind chimes etc.. in the hope that we can become `wealthy'. It is often elaborated that one does not really need to spent money under Feng Shui. What I mean is that, rather than hoping for auspiciousness to come to us by purchasing fountains etc... but should we not try to (in the first) place, if we can neutralise bad influences. If we do not do so, no matter how much we buy to ehance ourselves, we will ultimately like many people have found out fall into the Feng Shui `trap'. Hope that you can ponder over what I have said. This has been elaborate…

Dear All, I can recall many instances where, I was asked to resurvey homes that were earlier assessed a year or two back. In many of such situations, there were at least two or more leaks that were either not detected earlier or fixed or avoided since majority of these homes were undergoing major renovations. This had caused financial distress to the occupants of these homes. For example:- 1. One owner was made to paint his entire house pink! A confirmation of his and his wife's element says that the fire element `pink' is a bad colour for the husband - breadwinner. They were told to close off the main door of their bedroom. And had to enter their master bedroom from an…

As you are aware Feng Shui cannot be `digested' in a day and you can if you want to, read the various messages in this forum. For selling a house, it may take time and other factors include the p…

  25. We humans if given room on the bed would often toss and turn and even sleep with head facing different directions. In theory, this baby's best bed-head direction should/could/may face North. But do you really want to implement it to make sure that the baby "faces" north for sure?
