These are some considerations:- 1. A house or two houses at a T-junction e.g. House marked as "X" and "Y" is within the range of a T-junction. 2. In this example, it is based on simply Common sense. Thus simply it is called Common sense Feng Shui. 2.1. Thus even without the term Feng Shui, it can easily be explained thru common sense. 3. The key lies with this sentence: " A moving vehicle going in a straight-line especially if there is a mechanical failure e.g. brakes locked up or the driver's feet got jammed on the fuel paddle etc.. or even a drunkard ... cannot stop the vehicle". 4. Thus if a vehicle ploughs straight into a home; the most likely senario is that of Sena…

Today, more and more are seeking Feng Shui advice prior to placing a deposit to buy a home. Like I always say, this is a smart move indeed! Indeed, it applies equally to both looking for a new (resale) home and/or finding a new office / business space. Reference: under TOPIC 5/5 of this link:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=12&mid=30814&new= Like this link, it is often a fore-GONE conclusion, once they had taken up the space... Here, in my opinion, even GOD, can't help this business.

Feng Shui Emporium & Stores will try to sell you anything in the NAME of Fung Sway! In this instance, they could become rather imaginative and sell the Pi Yao based on RACE classification. Since us Chinese have YELLOW skin, guess what colour of Pi Yao should we purchase? Of course those yellowish as in Copper Pi Yao's. For Chinese who suntan alot; then recommended to purchase the slightly tan look Pi Yao i.e. the Bronze ones.... If you are endowed with grey hair, then even the Silver Pi yao is suitable. Got it, get it? When the buying stops, the selling can! In my opinion, since all theses are modern commercial products in the name of Fung Sway, it really don't ma…

    1. Drawing a parallel with the Titanic which sank. 1.1. Titanic had been designed to stay afloat with FOUR flooded compartments but not more. 1.2. When Titanic had a glancing blow with an iceberg; this buckled her right side = starboard. This caused a total of five out of her sixteen compartments to be flooded. 2. Often each home also can withstand a certain number of "flooding" of her compartments. Often, if there are around 3 rooms that have flooded; this home similar to the titanic will inevitable sink. 3. Thus all the material things that one try to enhance this home will literally sink with the home! 4. The main situation is to try to identify and fix as many (major)…

  7. Appended by Cecil Lee: After reading the above article, does anyone know whether is there any relevance to Feng Shui? Make a guess.. Source & Credit: Todayonline.com http://www.todayonline.com/Voices/EDC120423-0000044/All-open-spaces-should-not-be-part-of-floor-area All open spaces should not be part of floor area Letter from Kelvin Chan Yong Meng 04:45 AM Apr 23, 2012 I refer to the letter "Air-con ledges should not be part of floor area" (April 16) and agree that unusable floor areas such as air-conditioner ledges should be removed from the total floor area of units sold. The authorities should also look at the trend of even larger, unusable spaces that have be…

If you do apply some cures: The Customer Engineer Concept 2. Fix-the-Leak, First! Often your apartment should have at least two or easily three major issues. You really need to find out the correct issues or problems. Most common mistake is to take the easy way out and be taken in into buying useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Most common mistake is to take the easy way out and be taken in into buying useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. This is like for some; overeating to try to overcome or let them forget their problems. 3. Feng Shui Triage Reminder: If there is no proper trouble-shooting; Garbage in garbage out. 4. For example: Search: Lowest Common Denominator http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=27643&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=29757&new= There are lots more links; the above are just two of the threads. 3. I hacked 2 main walls to move the rooms to the right, change the main door, move the toilets, replace all doors and windows, gate, new fence, jack up the roof to make ceiling higher but roof tiles remain, new floor tiles, new plaster ceiling, new wiring for the whole house. Will this change the period of the house or no?" Please do a search on the top left frame of this forum with the words "change to period 8". There are already tons of information on the above. More importantly:- 1. Go check out that there are two different schools of thought: one of which is the conservative thinking. 2. No living Geom…

  13. Further to what I had mentioned, 1. In the past, I had often brought out the need to use this simple TOOL:- The Three-Step-Approach 2. The above simple tool is about tracing the roots of a concept. And if we were to trace the roots; often, based on common sense, we can deduce which evolution tree a concept falls into. 3. Not only a concept falls into but rather what was it's chief evolution path. 4. Thus, in this simple attachment, if we trace Kua (Gua number) it falls under the evoluntionary tree of Feng Shui. 4.1. While what you mentioned, a snake be it a cobra, python or whatever snake; the concept of snake is based on Chinese Zodiac signs and falls under the evolution…

  16. As mentioned earlier, a great feature of Bogus Feng Shui is the rampant sales of highly marked up commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Some people are already burdened with problems or in a vicious cycle of poverty or stress related issues. And these Bogus Feng Shui marketers have no qualms in pushing these products. Leading to some poor guys and gals into a black-hole of no return. Remember this: WHEN THE BUYING STOPS, THE SELLING CAN!

Nowadays, developers are hearing their clients. As many clients feed-back to the developer that under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is considered inauspicious to have the main entrance door directly facing a toilet in this SOHO project. Clients also benefit from reports burned-into a CD-ROM. We were once guilty of cutting down so many trees. The tide has turned for the better!

There are many factors to consider for an apartment:- 1.1. Shapes and Forms Feng Shui 1.2. Flying Star Feng Shui 1.3. Eight House (East / West Group) 2. The "unknown" factor, here is how good or bad the Shapes and Forms of the new apartment. 3. Flying Star Feng Shui: What period is this apartment? Period 6 or 7 or even 8? 25. 1. Is this house considered at a L-Junction. (L-Junction and T-Junctions are quite similar form of sha-qi). 2. Yes, in theory, Yes, definitely this house is at a L-Junction. 3. But under Shapes and Forms, a further question need to be asked: 3.1. Which country is this photo taken from? 3.2. So what if this house is at an L-Junction. So long as Singapore's cars are "RIGH-HAND" drive; there is no issue with a Sha qi or poison arrow. 4. However, if this is in the US, China or many European countries other than UK, this may be considered as a sha qi. 5. Therefore, for homes at a T-Junction or in this case an L-Junction; do always remember "Righ-hand" or "Left-hand" drive veh…
