Which is a good day to re-open for business on Chinese New Year CNY? For start of business on Chinese New Year (CNY) 2015; for a business that cannot afford to close too long; then the next best date to re-open is on Tuesday, 24th February which is the 6th day of the 1st lunar month. Sometime back, Robert shared with me this observation: It is not advisable to read a book page by page and act on the words as you read each chapter of the book. Hi Everyone, If you are not sure where to place a wind chime, it is best not to place a metallic wind chime indiscrimately at the following locations: 1. West 2. North-West 3. North-East The reason is because West and North-West belongs to the metal element and are considered Yin locations. For the North-East, this is the devil's gate. This is because the buddhist and Toaist call the spirit of the dead with the sound of bells. Assumption: The interior layout plan has been drawn. 1. 1st visit = site visit plus obtain all family member's personal particulars and a layout plan. And obtain a copy of the proposed layout plan since it is available. 2. 2nd visit = after analysing and preparing a detailed Feng Shui report as shown in the earlier sample. Meet up to discuss. 3. In between can use email or whatsapp to discuss revision(s). Or up to you to the client for the 3rd visit at anytime.

Attached is the planning of Villas, Hotel and Country Club to the North-East of this project. The planning takes into consideration: entry into the resort, parking spaces; individual buildings, site of clusters of villas etc... for a full functional Country Club facility.

Seemingly innocent pointed roof-lines are potential poison arrow(s) if it is aimed towards a neighbour's opening

A client followed the instructions to do a semi-circular arch for the main entrance of his factory in Jurong.

In this photo; this tree is relatively young. Only the uncovered area where the tree trunk can be seen could be a potential poison arrow; especially if it were to be facing an open window or main entrance door.

1. Please see attached, photo. 2. Markings in RED: A, B, C, D may be considered as a Sha Qi (poison arrows). 3. When we look at the "item"; it should seem "threating". Especially distinctive TRIANGULAR or pointed "items". 4. However, Marking in BLUE E; could be considered a poison arrow. As this photo was taken from the side; it is harder to recognise this poison arrow. Thus, we say that; it should be further investigated upon. 5. And oh! if it any of the poison arrow(s) are not aimed towards the opposite home's main entrance; an opening such as a window; then it is most probably not a direct threat.

If a building is narrow at the frontage (main entrance area) and the back is broader, an inverted U can be used to `catch' or symbolically neutralise this deficiency. This is particularly useful, or a good situation is where plants can be lined up in this `u' shaped trout along the parimeter (less plants along the frontage) of course. 1. Case Study: Client wanted to install a lift for their 3 storey home. Based on a first draft from the architect proposed plans. 2. The original location suggested for the lift was marked in red "B" as shown in the attachment. 3.
