Case Study: A degree in Common sense is free!" Common sense says that we must be wary of questionable advice! Since in the first place many of such illogical advice may not be free! You most likely paid or will have to pay for it. Once in a while, I get to hear new clients asking me: "My previous geomancer says" to lock up the master toilet. And they had not used it for the last 5 years! The key essence is "YOU stay there!; we (geomancer's) Don't!" applies. We only visit a home for several hours and YOU have to live with our consequences... or DO YOU?

1. Please review the document enclosed. 2. The first line on the Feng Shui ruler refers to Yang measurements, denoted in blue on the provided document. This can help determine the height of a kitchen cabinet, usually ranging from 33 inches to 35 inches. 3. The second line on the Feng Shui ruler, highlighted in red on the attachment, relates to Yin measurements, used for the deceased or coffin dimensions. 4. However, for the auspicious measurements of an altar, it is recommended to take into account both Yang and Yin measurements, catering to both the living and the deceased.

Damaged tile flooring is rarely seen in residential interiors such as living rooms, dining areas, and bedrooms. However, during the 1980s, some local residences utilized broken marble tiles that were sealed with epoxy, typically in shades of white, cream, or a hint of pink. While Feng Shui does not specifically address this issue, the field of Symbolism offers additional insights. Some individuals associate the term 'broken' with negative connotations. In contrast, no one would consider uniformly laid rectangular tiles to be undesirable, as this is the conventional approach to tile installation. Nevertheless, the herringbone pattern for floor tile…

Under symbolism in Feng Shui, it is equally important to "visualise" a painting and where to put it. Especially if a painting has a river flowing "somewhere". Where possible, it should not be hung on a wall where it looks as if; the water flows out of the house e.g. out of the main door.

Case Study - Part. 1: Is it advisable to have a platform bed in a bedroom? 1. Some believe that standing on a raised platform or "stepping up" is considered auspicious when starting the day. This belief is rooted in the concept of: 1.1 The phrase "to ascend with each step or step-by-step ascension" is the literal translation. 2. Conversely, it is accurate that we ascend to the platform bed when going to sleep. However, upon waking up, instead of ascending each morning, one must descend the platform. 3. Therefore, this argument is flawed! It is advisable to opt for a regular bed, as every time we wake up, we will indeed have to physically step down from…

Location: Bedok Reservoir Village, Block 744 Bedok Reservoir Road in August of 2012 1. Key: filth; disgustingly dirty 2. Today, I visited a coffee shop located on Bedok Reservoir Road. 3. To access the toilet area, one had to pass through a set of curtain screens. 4. I observed the two curtain screens, which appeared quite dirty, merely based on their appearance. 5. These curtain screens serve as a repository for some of the most unpleasant germs. 6. The thought that parts of one's body must come into contact with them is alarming! Just imagine if one's face were to touch it; the protective layer of oil on our skin would be compromised. …

The view from the main entrance door allows me to peer into the inner workings of the kitchen. Master Lee, frost up or white roller blind (outside on wall or inside kitchen) is good? The idea is to mask the lower half of the kitchen so that the internal organs will not be seen from the main entrance door:- Can also be fully covered.

Dear All, 1. This concept is much like the use of a semi-circular floor mat radiating outwards of the house. 2. There is another floor tile concept, which I will share with you later on. But do look at this illustration. 3. In this illustration, imagine, standing at the front door looking outwards. If you have not yet done any renovation to your flooring or perhaps, are considering renovating your floor tiles, you may consider using this profile. 4. This profile - or a semi-circular protusion of your floor tile from the front door is akin to or similar in `protection' afforded by using a semi-circular carpet radiating outwards. 5. In fact, this is advantages if you have t…

Question 1: "We intend to place a full length mirror at the living room and walk in wardrobe, attach file with our proposed location which need your advice" Question 2: . Any problem if we install ceiling fan in every room? 1. No issue with the full length mirror in the walk-in wardrope area in the master. 2. Less than ideal to have a full length mirror on that side of the wall sharing with the main door: this is because such a mirror faces the dining table and perhaps the existing sink area: "Are you able to keep the dining table (area) neat and tidy? If not, most likely, you can see the entire dining table from this mirror. …

Please see attachment. Under symbolism in Feng Shui, Partitions named "A" and "B" are considered acceptable. While partition "X" often when viewed from the main entrance door, seems like a "split" into two... thus not as auspicious.

Dear Chris, Frankly, it is not necessary to get the items blessed. You can simply buy them off the shelf (unused) and install them directly. For the Pakua, First Heaven Sequence or Fu Xi's Pakua, it is already powerful enough. Other items need not be `blessed'. In fact, before you place the item, you can on your own, say a simple prayer if you like. In Far East, some people would bring it to a Chinese temple e.g Kuan Imm Temple and get it `blessed'. The First Heaven Sequence's formation of a family unit is already powerful enough. Food for Thought: Vinyl Floor tiles for homes: Is it safe? Any side-effects (if any?) These are some considerations: 1. Earlier today, my client was examining the Feng Shui of their new residence. 1.1 The floor tiles in their HDB flat are uncovered. She disclosed that she works as a scientist and expressed her worries to me. 1.2 Except for the kitchen and toilets, her husband wants the entire house to be covered with vinyl tiles. 2. Nevertheless, she has recently conducted research on plastics, including melamine plastic plates, milk bottles, and even vinyl tiles Right: Does not matter if boy or girl...baby or toddler.. 3. She mentioned …

Applying (MING Tang) or Bright Hall effect in Feng Shui... A mature frangipani tree has both its branches and leaves that are spread out. There are in general two colours: white or pink/reddish. This home although has a large frangipani tree; compared to the mango tree; this tree does not overwhelm the front yard. It also is lovely to look at with its pinkish flowers.

These are some considerations: 1. Some feature walls may be larger than the largest single piece of laminate or formica. 2.Often most single piece of formica is around 4 feet by 8 feet wide. 3. Thus, many feature walls are much larger than this. 4. For example, in this illustration, this wall has two 4 feet by 8 feet wide pieces joined together. 4.1. Unfortunately, the designer decided to place these two pieces in a vertical joint. 4.2. If so, there is a pronounced "hair-line" split that can be obviously seen very distinctively both in the photo illustration and in real-life situation.

For older HDB homes Could you offer something comparable to these two instances? Example 1: Match layout to the outline of the block via onemap.sg Capture an image of the floor plan near the elevators and overlay it onto the onemag.sg website streetmap Please attempt to capture a photograph of this object, which can be found either above the elevator or at the stairs of the VOID deck.

LIFE ON SATURN MOON? New evidence that liquid water lies beneath the surface on the Saturn moon of Enceladus has been discovered by Nasa scientists, suggesting that life may exist. Nasa's Cassini spacecraft flew through icy plumes created by ice volcanoes and detected negatively charged water molecules - a clear sign that an under ground sea exists. On Earth, this short-lived typed of ion is produced where water is moving, such as in waterfalls or crashing ocean waves. If there is liquid water on Enceladus, Nasa scientists believe Saturn's sixth-largest moon could have the conditions necessary to sustain life. Source: THE DAILY TELEGRAPH

Dear Users, SPOTTING GIMMICKS PLAYING WITH OUR INBORN INNER GREED - TRICKS USED IN THE FENG SHUI TRADE In my opinion, when you want to engage a practitioner, do check further on the following:- 1. The most common ploy is to entice the user (the victim) that the practitioner (and only) the practitioner knows the SECRET of our wealth sector. Here, the practitioner wants to entice us to invite them to our home or office. 2. This is the oldest trick in the book, but yet, many will fall into this unsuspecting trap. 3. As you can see the most common ploy is to play with one's greed or hope. And this constantly revolves around enticing us of the elusive " WEALTH CORNER ". 4. …
