    Under Symbolism in Feng Shui; best to use even number of chairs for a dining table. What about a bench? Does it count as one chair? No. Thus, if one has a bench and 4 chairs at a dining table; the bench is not counted. Thus ideally, best to avoid having a bench with 3 chairs at a dining table. Based oncommon sense, best to avoid gaps such as those shown in the photo: Asoften,such gaps may "pinch" one's skin. Not exactly comfortable, rite?

    Under the Principles of Management, one approach to leadership studies is the situational approach. Under the basic premise of the situational approach "Is that different situations demand differrent types of leadership. This approach was developed by Hersey and Blanchard in 1969 based upon Reddin's (1967) 3-D management style theory. In 1999, I adapted the above as: "The Situational Approach to Feng Shui" Similarly this universal concept can also be applied in Feng Shui. As different situations demand different types of Feng Shui tools & concepts.
