  2. Annual visits are not compulsory for most of my clients. This is because for eg. every year we have an additional 500 clients. Logically, if all 500 clients want an annual review on top of the existing client base. How to complete the annual review(s) even over three months? Two major reasons for an annual or a one-time review for that specific year: Senario 1: Annual reviews are often needed when suddenly for that year.. some clients have some issues that need to be looked into: health, wealth and /or relationships. Senario 2: Or some clients want peace of mind for the coming year. Possible hidden agenda of a Feng Shui Master: Some FS maste…

LIFE ON SATURN MOON? New evidence that liquid water lies beneath the surface on the Saturn moon of Enceladus has been discovered by Nasa scientists, suggesting that life may exist. Nasa's Cassini spacecraft flew through icy plumes created by ice volcanoes and detected negatively charged water molecules - a clear sign that an under ground sea exists. On Earth, this short-lived typed of ion is produced where water is moving, such as in waterfalls or crashing ocean waves. If there is liquid water on Enceladus, Nasa scientists believe Saturn's sixth-largest moon could have the conditions necessary to sustain life. Source: THE DAILY TELEGRAPH

  4. Hi Cecil, hope you've been well ?! Q: Wanted to check with you regarding our dining table. You mentioned in our house layout plan that our dining table should preferably have 4 legs, can I ask if the picture below is considered 4 legs or 2 legs? 1. Ideally it should be 4 legs. More to do with common sense. As often the four pillars would be at the edge of 4 sides of the table top. 2. Thus provided it is built solidly, it will not topple down due to centre of gravity concerns especially if it is one leg. 3. The table shown above even makes the table more destructive proof. Thus a blessing in Japan. Where the Japanese can always hide below the tab…

  5. Hi master I am changing my tv console backing in the living room glass panel is it ok? Currently is just normal laminate ChangingFrom laminate material to glass panel Reply: Frankly this has more do to with common sense. For example, most people use 1st choice = matt finished laminates. Even if the laminate is glossly, it is not as reflective as glass surface. Thus if you have strong or spot lights, the lights may bounce from the glass panel (depending) on the rays of the light. Up to you. But suddenly, need to wear polarised spectacles.. to block from the glare, then... don't ask why Another common sense factor is that: shoul…

  6. Exception Principle in Feng Shui @Forum.Geomancy.net 1. This forum focus on significant deviations from the ordinary layouts and enviromental conditions. These are brought to the attention of the potential stakeholder's consideration and decision. 2. Please don't expect the sky and the moon for a review of each and every single stack/unit in a development. 2.1. Please understand that there are just too many developments and this is multiplied by each development having lots of stacks & units. 2.2. Furthermore, many come in to the forum to understand concepts. They are not interested in a unit in a tiny red-dot country. So please cut-the-case.. do…

The Customer Engineer Paradigm This is based. On pure common sense. What is the " Customer Engineer " Concept? Here, if one is making an enhancement or "trying" out a cure without professional help, it is adviseable to do it a step at a time. For example, when an IBM Customer Engineer tries to resolve a problem, he takes out what he feels is a faulty `card'. He monitors the situation for a few days to a week and if the problem has been solved, this is ok. If not, he replaces another card and monitors again. Similiarly, if you are doing some enhancements on your own, avoid doing all at the same time. For example, do not enhance the garden, a certain …

  12. 1. Why is it that some geomancers recommend that you use their recommended Interior Designer (ID)? And why you do not do so? 2. Reply: We have to ask ourselves is there any motive to this? 3. On the contrary, Geomancy.net will never ever tie up with any Interior decorators or contractors for three main reasons: 3.1. For the simple reason that this is a conflict of interests. Even if the geomancer does not get a commission or "cut"; we never know whether there is any bias or ulterior motive from the geomancer's advice? 3.2. "One man's meat is another man's poison!" I may like this individual of the Interior Design company very much. But you may not like…

  13. These are some considerations: 1. Some feature walls may be larger than the largest single piece of laminate or formica. 2.Often most single piece of formica is around 4 feet by 8 feet wide. 3. Thus, many feature walls are much larger than this. 4. For example, in this illustration, this wall has two 4 feet by 8 feet wide pieces joined together. 4.1. Unfortunately, the designer decided to place these two pieces in a vertical joint. 4.2. If so, there is a pronounced "hair-line" split that can be obviously seen very distinctively both in the photo illustration and in real-life situation.

  14. Common sense and a table Sometimes it is best to avoid having a table with just one-leg. This has more to do with common sense. And centre-of-gravity. For example, can a child or person leaning on the side/edge of the table make it topple down? With four legs, this can never happen to a table. But look at the photo.... seems "scary" right?

  15. The Chinese Holy Trinity of Luck consists of: 1. Heaven or born with (Ba Zi) = 33.33% 2. Earth or Feng Shui of home and/or office = 33.33% 3. 16. Location: Corner Indian eatery at Serangoon Gardens (by the way they individually make fresh one of the best pratas around) The concrete beam you see in the photo is considered load bearing beam. But do take note that the rest of the brown wooden planks that were mounted onto the ceiling are non-load bearing beams. However, some has a misunderstanding that the planks are beams - which is in theory not true at all.

  17. Applying (MING Tang) or Bright Hall effect in Feng Shui... A mature frangipani tree has both its branches and leaves that are spread out. There are in general two colours: white or pink/reddish. This home although has a large frangipani tree; compared to the mango tree; this tree does not overwhelm the front yard. It also is lovely to look at with its pinkish flowers.

  20. It is my belief that it is crucial to keep in mind that when we analyze or engage our critical thinking skills, various aspects such as traditions, habits, and even Feng Shui are frequently linked to the concept of rationality = Common sense. http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=31093&new=When a question is posted on the forum, I consistently consider whether it can be linked to common sense. It is often the case that the answer is simply common sense. The next time you need to explain something to your child or family, consider whether it is a matter of common sense.

  22. What category does the color orange fall under among the Five Elements? Please see below:- Could you clarify why Orange is associated with the Metal Element? During the celebration of the Chinese New Year, it is customary for people to bring two oranges when visiting friends or family. In the Cantonese culture, oranges represent wealth and prosperity. In Cantonese, the term for Orange is pronounced as KUM, which means GOLD. Oranges are regarded as part of the Metal element by the Hokkien dialect group. The Hokkien dialect group also refers to oranges as Kim = means Gold. This is the reason why Orange is linked to the Me…

Dear Users, SPOTTING GIMMICKS PLAYING WITH OUR INBORN INNER GREED - TRICKS USED IN THE FENG SHUI TRADE In my opinion, when you want to engage a practitioner, do check further on the following:- 1. The most common ploy is to entice the user (the victim) that the practitioner (and only) the practitioner knows the SECRET of our wealth sector. Here, the practitioner wants to entice us to invite them to our home or office. 2. This is the oldest trick in the book, but yet, many will fall into this unsuspecting trap. 3. As you can see the most common ploy is to play with one's greed or hope. And this constantly revolves around enticing us of the elusive " WEALTH CORNER ". 4. …

Dear Chris, Frankly, it is not necessary to get the items blessed. You can simply buy them off the shelf (unused) and install them directly. For the Pakua, First Heaven Sequence or Fu Xi's Pakua, it is already powerful enough. Other items need not be `blessed'. In fact, before you place the item, you can on your own, say a simple prayer if you like. In Far East, some people would bring it to a Chinese temple e.g Kuan Imm Temple and get it `blessed'. The First Heaven Sequence's formation of a family unit is already powerful enough. 25. Question: Can I do the first time open door procedure before the 7th month. And during the 7th month continue with the renovations. Is it ok to choose an auspicious date that is suitable to one partner but average for the other. Reply: 1. The concern of the 7th month is that when one leaves a home vacant; some are afraid that the "hungry ghosts" may come and live in the home. And if one suddenly disturbs them, they get "angry". But see Para 2 below 2. Thus, it is a good idea to start renovations and continue during the 7th month. Here, the hungry ghosts are also like humans; if there are lots of noise and construction, they will not want to "come in". 3. No issue to selec…
