Happy New Year master. Ask a general question: old flats nowadays their exterior building looks old, never paint, etc... is this bad fengshui compared to brand new flats? I recall that in 1990s, every 5years Town Council paint the outside building. Since 2005 and after 15years i dun see painters come anymore.. Feng Shui is just 33.33%of the total luck. Yes, in such a situation, always try to exercise due diligence before signing on the dotted line. If unsure, get a Feng Shui Master to do a Can or Cannot Buy audit.
