Question: Hi Cecil, if we put dining table at our balcony. Any fengshui indication for our family ? Comments: This is not Feng Shui. More to do with common sense and taboos (if any).. Like external even with external blinds.. can be windy or if blinds are open.. even at 10 storeys can find insects... There is a condern if no invisible grilles... children can climb on the chair and tables and dangerous.. Thus is more of a lifestyle thing...

Q: And on top how many light can we put ? Just one or can hv many light to shine on painting and right corner Reply: But if spot lights.. do buy lots of spares. As often the aircon servicing person is going to have their ladders kissing these lights and damaging them if they are not FLUSHED into the ceiling. So chose those flushed into the ceiling tillable lights are best.

Morning master. Is such design advisable to use? Comments: This is based on common sense. In the unlikely event that the doors dropped off or one accidentally store something heavy over-head. Another consideration is under symbolism, it is not ideal to sleep under the cabinet.

I would like to check how Long after moving in can we arrange the house warming is it based on the dates given also, Reply: yes based on dates given. There is no bible or rule to say when one can arrange the house warming. Based on common sense. By moving in.. means everything is ready in the house. Your kitchen with stove installed. Thus nothing to do with Feng Shui. Common sense.

You told me to let you know when people get sick in there. Any advice ? When giving Feng Shui advice, I will try not to “over cure” or over do it. But having aware that the specific sector; for example in this case; there are sickness stars that had flown to the master bedroom; Will tell client to let me know when there is sickness. A form of feed-back and adjusting the cure(s) or increasing the dosage!

Assumption: The interior layout plan has been drawn. 1. 1st visit = site visit plus obtain all family member's personal particulars and a layout plan. And obtain a copy of the proposed layout plan since it is available. 2. 2nd visit = after analysing and preparing a detailed Feng Shui report as shown in the earlier sample. Meet up to discuss. 3. In between can use email or whatsapp to discuss revision(s). Or up to you to the client for the 3rd visit at anytime.
