Hi Everyone, If you are not sure where to place a wind chime, it is best not to place a metallic wind chime indiscrimately at the following locations: 1. West 2. North-West 3. North-East The reason is because West and North-West belongs to the metal element and are considered Yin locations. For the North-East, this is the devil's gate. This is because the buddhist and Toaist call the spirit of the dead with the sound of bells. You may inadvertently attract the dead with metallic sounds (particuarly if the wave lenght fits that of calling the dead). Warmest Regards, Cecil

In Feng Shui, in situations where: 1. A stove directly faces (opposite) a water position. Often, a small mirror is placed at the water position, such that when one lits up the hob, the mirror can "reflect" back the "fire". 2. This is also for a stove facing an open window. A small mirror is placed at the level / hob, to reflect back the "warmth". 3. Some FS practitioners also advise placing a mirror at the back of the stove. Do guess what is this for? Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Dion, What is common with the Compass School of Feng Shui i.e. the Eight House and the Flying Star and if we map our Heaven Luck using Pillars of Destiny are that they have to be personalized to an individual. For the Shapes and Form School, it is more generalised Feng Shui. The Eight Aspirations or Life Aspirations is a " free for all ". Anyone can write a book about it and say that the romance corner is at the South West while the Career is in the North. So, you will realise that if you are considering compass directions e.g. North, you should look at it under the Eight House Theory or the Flying Star Theory. Even in the Four Symbolic Animals Principle, it does not…

Most homes in general fall between a hidden gem vs a rotten apple... To assess this; and in Feng Shui, a triage is required to find out the home's rating: Good, the bad, the average or the "ugly"...

1.IsBlock 508B stack #66 considered as a block at a "T-junction". 2. Yes, technically, this Block 508B is at a "T-junction". 3. But one should ask a further question: Is the T-junction a concern for stack #66? 4. Based on Common sense and "crime scene" enactment. 4.1. Try to imagine the country one is in. Right or left-hand drive? 4.2. Next, draw an indication of which side a road a vehicle would normally move along say Yishun Street 81 towards the junction between Yishun St 81 and Yishun Ave 4? 4.3. Please see attachment. 4.4. The red line(s) and arrow shows an imaginary situation if a vehicle plows through Yishun St 81 and straight towards Block 508B stack 66. 4…

Thanks to the vision of the late Steve Jobs; For on-site consultations; many of the presentations are now on ipad and this results in less printed copies of reports. Clients also benefit from reports burned-into a CD-ROM. We were once guilty of cutting down so many trees. The tide has turned for the better!

Under symbolism in Feng Shui, blue roof tiles represents water over the ceiling of the entire house. Under I-Ching, water represents difficulty. If my home's roof is already blue what should I do? The exterior wall should be painted white vs cream colour. And if the roof is grey, it is also best to paint the exterior of the home white not cream or other colour.

Further to what I had mentioned earlier, you could perhaps see if any of the following helps or not:- (In no correct order) 1. If you do apply some cures: The Customer Engineer Concept 2. Fix-the-Leak, First! Often your apartment should have at least two or easily three major issues. You really need to find out the correct issues or problems. Most common mistake is to take the easy way out and be taken in into buying useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. This is like for some; overeating to try to overcome or let them forget their problems. 3. Feng Shui Triage Reminder: If there is no proper trouble-shooting; Garbage in garbage out. 4. The Concept of Max…

No matter how good your heaven luck maybe, if you stay in a inauspicious house, you will be greatly influenced by the house. ie. a person who has excellent Feng Shui during the age of 30-50. But during his time, he moved into a new home. However, when checked with the Flying Star (Xuan Kong) Feng Shui, the house shows of a one with extremely bad feng shui. Thus, this person will not enjoy his favourable luck as defined in his Heaven Luck, but rather he will encounter series of problems such as Illness, Career problems etc. ie. a person who is not enjoying a good feng shui during the age of 30-50. But during this period, he is staying in an house with very good wealth col…

1. The most common leak in a home is the toilet locating close to the center influence of the home. 2. If the toilet is located on top or beside of the main entrance of the home. 3. When there is a straight path where the Qi will enter from the main door and exit directly out of the house. URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/theories/fs-breath.htm 4. Missing Corners in the Homes (ie not a full square house) URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/theories/fs-building.htm When looking for a house, you should always try to avoid a house with any of the above 4 common leaks. With such leaks in the home, often your earth luck will be tremendously reduced.

Location: Blossom Residences When determining the frontage of the house, one of the key considerations is whether the potential frontage has a natural light "bright hall" effect. Time photo taken was at 9am - bright sunshine outside. Here, these two units's main entrance door is dim = yin. And less likely to be considered as the frontage of the home(s). For these two units; the potential frontage should usually be standing inside the living room looking out of the balcony or if no balcony looking out of the windows. And if the rest of the bedrooms also overlook this direction; then this is the most likely frontage.

Do you know that a Chinese Loupan (Chinese Compass) can be used as a ghost detector? I have on a few occassions did Feng Shui audits and have to throw away the Chinese Loupan! What happened was that during my Feng Shui audits, if the Chinese Luopan's center needle moves round and round it means that it has detected a ghost! Usually, I notice that it occurs in the North-East part of the house or building! On occassions after this, I would fall sick and had to quickly throw away the Luopan. Take it this is part of the health hazard of a Feng Shui practioner! I think if my insurance company knows this, I would be have to pay a high premium or totally banned from taking up …

It is still ok, once the Eight House shows that you are actually staying in your "disaster" or "death" house, it is not advisable for you to stay in this house. This…

Dear Fraser, (This is not directed towards your message). I like to highlight that colours and its symbolish are secondary to Feng Shui. What is more important is to get the basics correct especially the following areas:- 1. Under the Shapes and Form School, it is best that the site enjoys good Feng Shui e.g. under the Four symbolic Animals Concept etc... 2. Under the Flying Star, there are no bad influences and if so, do correct them. 3. Any adverse sha or pointed arrows pointing towards your main entrance door or windows. The above are the main influences of Feng Shui. The rest like clothing etc... are secondary. Warmest Regards, Cecil -----Original Message----- From: L…

For example: Search: Lowest Common Denominator http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=27643&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=29757&new= There are lots more links; the above are just two of the threads. 3. The attached illustration shows that there is a "SCIENCE" in Feng Shui. 4. Furthermore, from the illustration:Gua or Kua has limited usage.
