In my view, based on my personal insights: 1. For many individuals, the topic of Marketing may appear to be synonymous with Sales; 2. However, for those who have delved into the principles of Marketing in depth, it is typically regarded as a precursor to sales. 2.1. In the realm of Marketing, the focus is not on the birds or the bees, but rather for those who have explored the field, it encompasses aspects such as cows and stars, among others. 2.2. Herein lies a distinction between the roles of a Marketing manager and a Sales representative. 2.3. A Marketing manager, for instance, is responsible for recommending and establishing pricing, as well as devising prod…

Dear Sir: A follow up to my question: i.e. ifI haveyear sign of a metal monkeybut my day stemhave an earth element, how do I choose a compatible mate? a. Do I have to choose someone who have a water or earth sign to match it with my metal monkey or b. Do I have to choose someone who have a metal or fire sign to match it with myday stem element which isan earth element. (If youmake an analysis of the situation - the compatibility of the earth elementcontradicts the compatibility of my metal element) So which is much more important??? If the day stem is more important than the year element in choosing a compatible mate, do I have to look for somebody based on their day s…

1. Not sure, how you may have derived your best directions. You can check out from the free reports under this link:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports.htm Under this url, one of the reports to find out your best (work directions) could be: http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/perlist-workposition.htm 2. Please note that even for what you called "lucky direction" it depends:- 2.1. Yin Feng Shui for the dead (burial - not cremation - as cremation is considered neutral). In general, the definition of his/her sitting and facing direction is different. 2.2. Yang Feng Shui. For you and me. Our face has a "moving" mouth and nose to breathe with. And we should…

For the earlier salt water cure if it is not covered, leave it in an open area. Avoid placing it in an enclosed area. Salt water with copper (An Ren Shui) is consider ancient technology, ionizer bulb is a great idea. I will consider using plants to purify the air, taking the time to care for living things will also nurture good character for example like patience... Character development and enhancement are also part of FS isn't it? FS is nature

FIVE YELLOW These are some of the considerations:- 1. Frankly, it is so easy to ask someone else: " it is too risky " to stay in THIS BEDROOM. 2. You have correctly coined it "risks". Everything we do, we have to accept some risks. 3. In practical sense, many of us don't own a home with "x" number of bedrooms. Many in fact, have so few bedrooms. And just asking a family not to allow family members to sleep in a room is close to "kicking" them out of the home! 4. Of course, one can say that it is much better than being an "eunuch". But hey, ifthe family has all "girls-team" this statement becomes irrelevant. …

You are half-right i.e. technically Flying Star #3 is not suitable for a strong wood person. However, please note that Flying Star is about a home or office - immobile. Anonymous wrote: Dear Master: If my favouarable element is Earth, Metal,or Fire as I am a strong wood person, will I befine andsafealthough getting influence byBad flying stars such as Five Yellow (earth element) , 7 Violent star (metal element)? But Evil Flying star 3 is wood element. Wood element is not good for me as I am a strong wood person so that this star will be bad for me, right? Thanks a lot. Dv

As a weak wood or weak fire person, the wood element is favourable to both of them.

These are some considerations:- 1. The primary concept is based on both the Five Elements concept and symbolism: 1.1. As per your previous concern:red represent the fire element. Other concepts include a square hole at the centre represents earth element etc... 1.2. the number #6 represents big metal. 2. You will not believe the variations or "grand mother" stories some geomancers would like one to believe:- 2.1.Some geomancers say: "You must use6 different emperorcoins" (e.g.coins minted under different emperors). 2.2 For example the attachment shows the 10 emperor /coins minted duringtheir rein: these emperors belong to say the Qing Dynasty... 3. Does the string of 6 "d…

This was one of the links, I mentioned ..... http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=27838&new= Posted in: Discuss :: Free Advice (General Feng Shui) Posted on: Thu, 25 Feb 2010, 14:18 PM, These are some considerations:- 1. Feng Shui cannot be done by remote control. For example, moving to a new home say in US; does not affect things that happen in Singapore (sorry to hear about your brother's demise). 2. Feng Shui or one of it's major schools: Compass School comprising the Eight House and Flying Star are both compass based. However, in real life situations; some other forms of magnetic influence can over-ride the Feng Shui. 2.1.…

Dear Rose, I like to relate this story:- Once upon a time, this little innocent girl went into a cyber cafe. She found geomancy-forum.com and logged in. She saw the message you wrote:- She read it out aloud and replied to your mail. Innocent Girl: Typed... " Dear Rose, Since you say that glass is made from silicon and it comes from earth, it must be an Earth element " Derek Walter's fan Mr X: Over heard her and said...." Dear Girl, NO, NO, my Master, Derek Walters is a foremost authority on Five Elements. In his book, the Feng Shui Handbook, he said that Glass is considered a Water element. " Innocent Girl: " Correct! I agree! My Uncle, Derek Walters yesterday drove past …

These are the considerations:- 1. Please check out what I mentioned earlier under Para 1.1. 2. Thus, if the mirror faces a senic view of say of a water feature, then symbolically, it "aborbs" that view. 3. Glass (depending on its grade and thickness); from a Five Element concept point of view is considered as belonging to the metal element. And for mirrors, usually one side with a coating of "silver oxide" type of material, is generally considered as belonging to the metal element. Thanks for the reply sir.You have given a wonderful explanation for mirrors. But can mirrors also be used as water element cure? You have also talked about water paintings. Will the paintin…

Sorry your question is very general. These are some considerations;- 1. Is the tree inside a home or outside of a home? 2. Under symbolism in Feng Shui, a Christmas tree is like an "UP" arrow. To some it looks like progress. 3. Many Christmas trees need little or no maintenance. For example, the bougainvillea needs constant trimming and depending on it's species many of it's species have nail hard torns - unlike soft "needles" of a Christmas tree. 4. Under Flying Star Feng Shui; one has to be more carefull of sectors with star #3 and often a tree (or any other tree) is not favourable. 5. If Christmas trees are potted; it does not grow too large or too tall. Even if it gro…

1. Many of us are led into the believe that we must classify an item into only one element else; it was felt that it will be totally wrong; if an item was classified into say: Metal-Earth element. Or rather the square peg in a round hole mentality. 2. Really, what is wrong with classifying an item into more than one element. 3. For simplicity; as you had mentioned; in GENERAL jewelry is classifed as metal element because in most instances; it is made up of some metal. For example standard wedding ring needs some metal to hold it together. Whether a gem is to be embedded or not is another story. 4. In many of the past forum messages; I had mentioned that today; an occu…

Thanks for the advice. Clarification was done and the "Only Salt + Water" Cure that I'm required to change every month was to be placed in the ?? position of my house that happens to be the Southeast position. And it's to prevent illnesses like sore throats and also to prevent arguments among the occupants. Again, I spent this afternoon searching the net with no answers..

Under symbolism in Feng Shui, artifical plants may be used to represent the wood element. Especially in a water feature or if a young couple has no time to water the plants everyday.

These are some considerations:- 1. Scientific or Hocus Pocus Fung Sway? 1.1. Scientific Feng Shui is about e.g. plotting a Flying Star chart to either enhance good qi or negate or neutralise bad qi. 1.2. Frankly, without drawing up the above, chart, might as well then go the route of Hocus Pocus Fung Sway. 2. Over-eating 2.1. In my opinion, placing a salt cure, here, there and everywhere is like a case of over-eating. 2.2. In the long term over-eating is unhealthy.... eat moderately... please. 3. Modern vs Ancient 3.1. In ancient times; an open jar of salt, water, copper coins is reactive... suppose to create ions... 3.2. In modern times; we now know of ions: both positiv…

1. Yes, this type of hulu is acceptable, except minus the 3 coins. Metallic or bronze/ copper hulu is ok. But avoid hanging the metallic ones. 2. Metallic ones are suppose to be placed on a stable platform e.g. table etc... 3. This cure is used more for #2 and even #5.

These are some considerations: 1. Chinese has it's own palmistry. And often we look at the whole picture and try to figure out an entire hand and categorise it to one of the five elements. 2. Thus a hand with pointed fingers and pointy hands is considered as a fire element. 2.1. While a squarish /rectangularish hand is considered as an earth element etc... 3. My website: http://palmistry.net has some interesting information on the hand. 3.1. In the past, the most respected doctors examined hands and colours etc ... thus this resulted in several well known doctors who were well versed in hand reading. As one of the key elements is that it can tell the health of a person. …
