    Period 7 or Period 8 Houses?

    Hi Master Cecil Lee, The year 2003 is the last year in the Period of 7, and from Feb 2004 onwards Period of 8 will take over. I will like to know for homes that are built (i.e. completed and ready for occupation) in 2003, but intending to renovate and to live in only after Feb 2004, does this qualify the house to become a Period of 8 House, instead of Period of 7 House? Does renovating the house heavily (i.e. changing floor tiles, hacking walls etc.) change the house period from Period of 7 to Period of 8 house? Hope to hear your opinion on this. Thanks!
