  1. We're thinking of buying a house situated at the end of a culdesac. The culdesac has three houses, and the one we're considering is at the center of the culdesac. The house faces the street at an angle, and is not perfectly perpendicular to the street leading to the lot. The street leading to the culdesac is about 2 house lots long before you reach the three lots at the culdesac. The house will be facing the Northwest direction, with a fireplace on the Southeast wall of the house. Kindly advise if this is good feng shui. Many thanks! -Pat
  2. My wife and I are thinking of buying a house at the center of a cul-de-sac. There are three houses on this cul-de-sac, and the one we're considering is at the center. The front of the house though is not perfectly perpendicular to the street, and is tilted somewhat towards the right (if you're facing the house). Th house faces Northwest, and it has a fireplace on it Southeast wall. Does this have the same effect as having a house on a t-junction? Is this house badly situated? Your guidance on this will greatly be appreciated. -Patrick

Although the lot is directly at the center of the cul-de-sac, the front of the house is not perfectly perpendicular to the street, and is tilted somewhat towards the right (if you're facing the house). The street leading to the cul-de-sac is only about 2 lot lengths before the you reach the circle. The house faces Northwest, and it has a fireplace on its Southeast wall. Does this have the same effect as having a house on a t-junction? Is this house badly situated? Anyone's guidance on this will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Patrick
