  1. Dear Cecil, Many thanks for your advice. By the way, I am only 27 yeard old...I have to say I eat well and with a balance diet...very strange! My bedroom is painted in blue, I have shifted the bed to the furthest from the windows, hope my condition will improve. Thanks again for your time. Sharon
  2. Hiya, I amliving in the UK and the weather is pretty cold and you get constant breeze throughout the night even in the summer. I have been sleeping with windows open for years and suddenly I have continuoussevereshoulders and neck stiffness, it is gettingso serious that sometimes I could hardly bend my neck to do the 'chin on chest' and when I lift my arms, the bones click veryloudly! My bed is right below the window lean against the wall where the windows sit. I sleep right by the wall under the window and stiffness happen to mostly the left of my body which is closer to the windows. I tried to sleep with windows closed but the problems persist. I also tried message which help to lossen the muscles but always wake up the next morning with similar muscle stiffness. Apart from that, I have no problem in my sleep. I thought Feng Shui is logical as well as there are certain scientific elements in it, please can someone advise me. Regards Sharon
