    NE2 Apt / Water Star 5 / Swimming Pool location

    Dear Master Lee, Currently looking at a re-sale (Period 7) HDB walkup apt in Woodlands. Would like your advice on 2 issues: Q. How do we change Period 7 houses to Period 8 for HDB apts? Although, we can change a new door, redo the floor tiles,there are no "roofs" - what can we do in the renovation stage? This apt is on the 3 floor. From thebalcony (taken as the main facing of the apt NE2), one can see lots of greenery and trees and alsothe public swimming pool very nearby. Please refer to the attached Google Map for details. Q. Is the location of the swimming pool bad for the Fengshui of the house? If it is taken as being infront of the balcony (NE), then the Water Star 5would be further magnified - whichI gathered is not good at all.Unless it is considered to be on theright side (E), then it may do some good to drown the bad Mountain Star 3. ButI am not too sure, can you please advise? Thanks a lot. CCY
