How do i know how much to increase each element when they are both different. Also how do you determine how much 1% of an element is?

    My premium paid pillars of destiny report shows that I haveextra unexpected wealth in the periods of 1998 - 2007 (Age 16 - 25) 2098 - 2107 (Age 116 - 125) and that I have a higher chance to win Lottery during those periods. I`m just wondering what that means exactly since there are so many different types of lotteries.
