    Contridiction in applying various concepts

    I am a beginner in this field and have read up on a couple of writings since I developed this interest. But I have encountered several problems which I can't seem to make sense of. Especially now when I am renovating my place. It seems that I cannot find a suitable cure to fit me. Either it clashes with my Bazi, Kua Number, 8 mansion. There is always a system that forbids me to use a particular cure. For example activating a certain direction, or painting a room in a particular colour.I would like to ask which is the most appropriate system to use when it comes to home decor.
